Taková malá lékárna, ale pan asi majitel by mohl vyučovat ostatní lekarniky jak přistupovat k lidem, je vidět že ho práce baví.

This is by far the best pharmacy in town. Yes! This small unrecognizable store and not the fancy BENU thing. What's wrong about the concurrence? I gave it the name "the pharmacy that is always closed". So when I was in front of shut iron bars again 5 minutes before the official closing I googled for other pharmacies and found the Lékàrna Na Hrade. It is a little hard to find but it is great. The owner himself works on the counter and he is friendly and always helpful. He even shows you cheaper options for prescriptions without asking him. You may guess I am German so it is a little hard to communicate sometimes. I only know how to greet and thank properly in Czech. But his German went impressively well. It gets better by the time and he always takes his time to look up something in the dictionary on his computer if he has to explain something. The best is the opening hours for sure! Officially he closes at 5PM/17.00 but he is mostly in the shop until evening and he also mentioned you could always ring the bell in some urgent cases (please don't ring the bells midnight for some Aspirine please after you read this. The owner probably sleeps upstairs and you better have serious reasons for waking him up in the middle of the night). So: + : excellent opening hours, very friendly service, good prices, (basic German speaking) - : "hidden" location nobody would randomly stumble over, language barrier for Germans In Deutsch: Die beste Apotheke in Hradek! Liebe Zittauer: geht dort hin und nicht zu der "immer geschlossenen" Konkurrenz. In dieser Apotheke findet Ihr alles, was man braucht, könnt problemlos deutsche Grüne Privatrezepte Einlösen (wenn es das Mittel gibt), der Service ist sehr freundlich und immer mit einem Lächeln. Zahlung in Euro ist kein Problem und es gilt immer der aktuelle Wechselkurs. Das Geschäft ist meistens über die offiziellen Öffnungszeiten hinaus erreichbar, da der Chef noch deutlich länger als bis 17Uhr Dienst macht. Dann durchs Fenster aber ohne irgendeinen Aufschlag. Bis 20Uhr habe ich da bisher immer jemanden angetroffen. Das krasse Gegenteil zur Benu Kette ein Stück weiter. Die machen gern auch mal vor dem offiziellen Schluss zu, obwohl die eh nur ein paar Stunden am Tag offen haben. Das Deutsch des Inhabers ist weit davon entfernt perfekt zu sein aber es wird konstant besser und er schaut auch ins Wörterbuch, wenn es wichtig ist. Man kann alles soweit erklären, wenn man schon grob weiß, was man braucht. Beste Apotheke in Hradek!

Pan doktor je pán Dr.. Skvělí to člověk..

Świetna apteka, której największym atutem jest właściciel. Prawdziwy farmaceuta (w starym, dobrym stylu), a nie po prostu sprzedawca leków tak jak w sieciówkach (polskich czy czeskich). Mądry, sympatyczny człowiek, otwarty na klientów, który zawsze fachowo doradzi i odpowie na wszystkie pytania. Wiele leków jest tańszych niż w Polsce, a jak potrzebuje się trudniej dostępnego to wystarczy wcześniej wysłać maila. Szczerze polecam i żałuję, że ta apteka znajduje się kilkaset kilometrów od mojego miejsca zamieszkania. Ale przy każdym pobycie w tych okolicach odwiedzam!
