★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice slušní s ohledem na to jaký jsem byl zákazník. Chctěl jsem bezpečně zlikvidovat jehly po léčbě uložené v obalu od mléka. Velice trpělivě mi vysvětlili, že na to nejsou vybaveni a ať jedu na Budějovickou, že je poliklinika přijímá. Zde je však zádrhel i neinformavonost jak osazenstva lékárny tak moje - POZOR!!! Lékař, který danou léčbu předepsal musí také tento nebezpečný odpad převzít k likvidaci. Vyplývá to ze stanoviska Státního zdravotního ústavu, které navazuje na legislativní úpravu nakládání s ostrými předměty používanými ve zdravotnictví (Směrnice Rady 2010/32/EU, kterou se provádí Rámcová dohoda o prevenci poranění ostrými předměty v nemocnicích a ostatních zdravotnických zařízeních). Z uvedené směrnice by se podle SZÚ mělo vycházet i při nakládání s ostrými předměty při domácí péči. Tento odpad, který vzniká v důsledku léčby pacienta, je třeba odstraňovat jako odpad nebezpečný, a to na náklady zdravotnického zařízení, v němž byla léčba pacientovi předepsána.!!!!

They patiently explained to me that they were not equipped and that I was going to Budějovická to accept the clinic. Here, however, there is a hitch and uninformation of both pharmacy staff and mine - WARNING !!! The prescribing physician must also take this hazardous waste for disposal. This follows from the opinion of the State Health Institute, which follows on from the legislation on the treatment of sharp objects used in health care (Council Directive 2010/32 / EU implementing the Framework Agreement on prevention of sharp injuries in hospitals and other health care facilities). According to the EZO, it should also be taken into account in the treatment of sharp articles in home care. This waste arising from the treatment of the patient must be disposed of as hazardous waste at the expense of the medical facility in which the treatment was prescribed to the patient.
