★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto lékránu mám kousek od domu a tak když něco potřebuji (jednou za dlouhý čas, naštěstí), jdu sem. Vždy jsem byla spokojena s ochotou staršího pana lékárníka, který má fajn a rozumný přístup. Teď naposledy jsem ale měla velmi špatnou zkušenost se starší paní lékarnicí, brýle, štíhlá, krátké světlé vlasy. Před tou bych chtěla varovat. Přijde mi, že snad ani nemohla mít vystudovanou farmacii. Nejenže o antibioticích, které mi vydala, nic nevěděla, ale ještě mi na erecept vydala špatné! Měla jsem předepsaný Zinnat a ona mi dala Xorimax - sice stejná účinná látka, ale složení zbytku jiné. Říkala jsem jí, že kojím a tato atb obsahují aspartam, na což jsem přišla až sama doma. Ani mě hlavně neupozonila na to, že mi dává jiná a že Zinnat nemá - na ereceptu název léku vidět není, tak jsem to pak musela řešit s doktorem a ten se také zlobil, že mi vydala bez slova upozornění jiné, než mi předepsal. Když jsem atb vracela, ani slovo omluvy a arogantní chování. Zaměstnavatel by si měl zaměstnance (zvlášť v lékárně, kde ovlivňují zdraví lidí) více ohlídat a prozkoušet. Po této zkušenosti už budu raději chodit jinam.
I have this pharmacy near the house and so when I need something (once in a long time, fortunately) I come here. I have always been satisfied with the willingness of an older pharmacist who has a nice and sensible attitude. But for the last time I had a very bad experience with an elderly lady pharmacist, glasses, slim, short blond hair. I'd like to warn you about that. It seems to me that she couldn't even have studied pharmacy. Not only did she know nothing about the antibiotics she had given me, but she gave me the bad news about the erecept! I had the prescribed Zinnat and she gave me Xorimax - although the same active ingredient, but the rest of the other. I told her I was breastfeeding and these atb contain aspartame, which I found out at home. She didn't even alert me that she gave me another and that Zinnat doesn't have - the name of the drug is not visible on the erecept, so I had to deal with the doctor, and he was also angry that she gave me another word without prescription. When I returned atb, not a word of apology and arrogant behavior. The employer should look into and test employees (especially in a pharmacy where they affect human health). After this experience, I would rather go elsewhere.
