Nice trip around Neveklov

The forest chapel near Netvořice was built in 1936 in just 8 days. Mr. Augustin Sýkora was credited with this as a reminder of his deceased wife. The Forest Administration from Lešany donated 4,000 crowns to the material at that time, and Mr. Sýkora bought a painting of the Madonna in the chapel. On July 19, 1936, the chapel was solemnly consecrated by the parish priest Petr Sirotek. At the time of the eviction of the Benešov region for the SS training ground, people from the monsters were hiding by the chapel for fear of the Germans. The chapel was repaired by the forest administration in 2002, but in the autumn of the same year it was damaged by falling trees after the storm. The village of Netvořice repaired it the following year and received a new solemn consecration on April 29, 2018, by the Dean of the Metropolitan Chapter, Ondřej Pávek. Spring water flows from the well under the chapel, which the locals have been drinking for years, but according to the current valid hygienic standards it is not drinkable. A detailed analysis of the water hangs right next to the spring and there are also cups with the logo "Association of Natives and Friends of the Museum in Netvořice". It's up to everyone to drink. Every year on New Year's Eve, after a beautiful walk through the forest, fans from all over the area gather here.
