★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi pochybná firma! Linka podpory 844 444 666 nefunguje. Nelze se na ní opakovaně dovolat ze 3 různých telefonů. Na e-mail nikdo nereagoval. Zakoupil jsem laserovou tiskárnu MC3224 a podle štítků přímo uvnitř tiskárny na startovacích tonerech zakoupil nové tonery, po instalaci se ukázalo že nejsou kompatibilní (na štítcích byly chybné informace). Možná nedbalost, možná úmyslný podvod na zákazníky! Přišel jsem o tisíce korun a nelze se dovolat nápravy.
Very dubious company! Support line 844 444 666 does not work. It cannot be called repeatedly from 3 different phones. No one responded to the email. I bought a laser printer MC3224 and according to the labels directly inside the printer on starter toners bought new toners, after installation it turned out that they are not compatible (the labels had incorrect information). Maybe negligence, maybe intentional fraud on customers! I lost thousands of crowns and cannot be called for redress.
