Nicméně jednu menší část objednávky jsem chtěl vrátit(držák na zeď, který jsem nakonec nevyužil a nepoužil), dodal jsem informace i uplnou fotodokumentaci včetně toho jak jsem jej zabalil k odeslání a ptal se jestli je mozne jej vrátit samozřejmě i s nějakou ztrátou.
Bohužel ani po 10 dnech naprosto žádná odpověď.
The order came as it should, everything nicely packed and functional.
However, I wanted to return one smaller part of the order (wall bracket, which I did not use and use in the end), I provided information and complete photo documentation, including how I packaged it for shipment and asked if it could be returned, of course, with some loss.
Unfortunately, even after 10 days, absolutely no answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní přístup. Rychlá komunikace. Řešili jsem reklamaci, kdy byla TV poškozená během přepravy. Pánové byli ochotní, poradili jak postupovat a došlo i k rychlé výměně TV. V dnešní době je takový přístup málo k vidění. Doporučuji!
Perfect approach. Fast communication. We solved the complaint when the TV was damaged during transport. The gentlemen were willing, advised on how to proceed, and there was a quick change of TV. Today, such an approach is scarce. I recommend!
