★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis televize Sharp Aquos. Zakázka na opravu odeslána přes společnost Alza.cz a v termínu opravena základová deska. Při přepravě zpět byl poškozen (nalomen) dálkový ovladač. Reklamace u Alzy možná pouze zabalením CELÉ televize včetně ovladače, přes týden marné vybavování s Alzou že je to nesmysl, ale nejel přes to vlak (to celé v době celonárodní karantény). Jeden mail do Interservisu s popisem situace, obratem vyžádány fotky, po zaslání během dvou dní obdržen CELÝ NOVÝ ovladač. Když se chce tak to jde nezbývá dodat, přeji celému teamu hodně dalších spokojených zákazníků.
 Sharp Aquos TV service. The repair order was sent through the company Alza.cz and the base plate was repaired on time. The remote control was damaged (broken) during transport. Complaints with Alza are possible only by packing the ENTIRE TV, including the driver, over a week in vain handling with Alza that it is nonsense, but the train did not cross it (all during the national quarantine). One e-mail to Interservis with a description of the situation, photos requested immediately, after sending a COMPLETELY NEW driver received within two days. If you want to, that's all it takes to deliver, I wish the whole team a lot of other satisfied customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak již bylo zmíněno, blesková oprava mobilu. Zapomněl jsem při předání do reklamace požádat, zda by mi mohli vyměnit originální fólii na displeji. Při převzetí jsem byl mile překvapen, že vyměnili fólii sami od sebe. Servisní technik mi říkal, že jakýkoliv originalni servis Samsung to dělá automaticky. Má odpověď: Ne nedělá jste první. Takže doporučuji. ??
As already mentioned, a lightning mobile phone repair. When I handed over to the complaint, I forgot to ask if they could replace the original foil on the display. Upon receipt, I was pleasantly surprised that they replaced the foil by themselves. The service technician told me that any original Samsung service does it automatically. My answer: No don't you are the first. So I recommend. ??
