★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Má nedávná návštěva Líčírny se podobala návštěvě luxusního SPA hotelu, tedy přinejmenším jsem se tak následně cítila. Profesionální, laskavý a trpělivý přístup personálu, a především samotné paní majitelky, na kterou jsem tam náhodou narazila. Chodím zde již nějakou dobu, ale po poslední návštěvě už musím dodat také hodnocení. 6 hvězdiček z pěti, minimálně.
 My recent visit to Líčírna was similar to a visit to a luxury SPA hotel, so at least I felt that way afterwards. Professional, kind and patient approach of the staff, and especially the owner herself, whom I came across by chance. I have been going here for some time, but after the last visit I also have to provide an evaluation. 6 stars out of five, minimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navsteva Licirny byla pomerne velkym zklamanim. V momente, kdy jsem prisla, se slecna venovala jine zakaznici, coz je pochopitelne, nicmene veta ve stylu ,,Vydrzte chvilku, budu se vam venovat”, by neuskodila. Kdyz se na me dostala rada, chtela jsem pomoct s vyberem make-upu, jelikoz jsem byla v Licirne poprve a s jejimi produkty nemam zkusenosti. Slecna se v podstate ani nezeptala, jakou mam plet, co od make-upu ocekavam. Nakonec mi dala na vyber mezi dvema make-upy s tim, ze teda uvidim, co bude pro me.
Kdyz to shrnu, co se tyce poradenstvi - nula. Od ltohoto konceptu, kdy se jedna o ne uplne levne produkty, bych cekala jiny servis. Bohuzel musim rict, ze na vinohradskou pobocku uz asi nepujdu.
Visiting Licirny was quite a disappointment. The moment I arrived, the young lady paid attention to another customer, which is understandable, however, a sentence in the style of "Hold on a second, I will pay attention to you", it would not hurt. When I received advice, I wanted to help with the selection of makeup, as I was in Licirna for the first time and I have no experience with its products. The girl basically didn't even ask what kind of skin I had, what I expected from makeup. In the end, she gave me a choice between two make-ups, so I could see what would be for me.
To sum up, counseling is zero. From this concept, when it comes to cheap products, I would expect another service. Unfortunately, I have to say that I probably won't go to the Vinohrady branch again.
