S nainstalovanými světlovody v našem bytě jsme měli od počátku problémy a řešili jsme opakovanými reklamacemi vady použitého materiálu, nekvalitní praskající vnitřní LED osvětlení tubusu, netěsnost tubusu, atd.), ale za předchozího vedení společnost alespoň měla snahu k nápravě, ale nyní jsem od pana Bonka dostala odpověď, že netěsnost "je vlastnost takového systému, nikoliv vada". Takže pokud uvažujete o světlovodu, tak ne od Lightway s.r.o. nebo počítejte s tím, že vady a nekvalita jsou přirozenou vlastností těchto světlovodů, takže pokud si chcete ušetřit starosti, tak NEDOPORUČUJI. So if you're thinking about a light pipe, not from Lightway s.r.o. or be aware that defects and poor quality are a natural feature of these light pipes, so I do NOT RECOMMEND if you want to save worries.

A	Adéla Trávníčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efekt světlovodu je excelentní. Měli jsme opravdu tmavou chodbu a světlovod lehce svítí i o půl desáté večer (v červnu). Montáž svépomocí ve starém domě nebyla sice zcela hladká, vyskytly se komplikace, ale bylo dáno spíše tím, že jsme neznali skladbu stropu atp. Světlovod lightway a zejména pak křišťálovou kopuli mohu vřele doporučit. Jsem velmi spokojená. The light guide effect is excellent. We had a really dark corridor and the light guide is slightly lit even at half past nine in the evening (in June). The assembly of self-help in the old house was not completely smooth, there were complications, but it was rather due to the fact that we did not know the composition of the ceiling, etc. I can highly recommend the lightway and especially the crystal dome. I am very satisfied.
