★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehodnotím věci, ale zaměstnankyně. Ještě jsem nepotkal tak nepříjemné a otrávené slečny při nakupování věcí s přítelkyní. I když bychom si vybrali, tak jen kvůli jejich přístupu jsme se rozhodli odejít. Nikdy víc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvalitén är ju sviktande och när du går dit för att reklamera försöker butikspersonalen skylla på dig när plagget knappt är använt och dessutom sänka beloppet på återbetalningen av reklamationen. Kontaktade kundtjänst men de löste absolut inget, gav mig en rabattcheck på 50 kr, vilket bara gagnar dem, eftersom jag konsumerar mer hos dem. Men det jag faktiskt ville ha hjälp med var den reklamation jag hade rätt till - det löste de inte, så vart är incitamentet för mig som kund att fortsätta handla hos dem efter det? Nej, gör om gör rätt Lindex! Ni har mycket att jobba på när det kommer till kundservice och marknadsföring (okunnigt att underskatta WoM och värdet av enkla lösningar för att ha nöjda kunder); vi pratar om 56 kr som Lindex inte kunde återbetala när deras kvalité på plagget var under all kritik. Fy! Lindex har mycket att lära sig från sina konkurrenter. Kommer faktiskt aldrig mer handla därifrån.
After all, the quality is failing and when you go there to advertise, the shop staff tries to blame you when the garment is barely used and also lower the amount of the refund of the complaint. Contacted customer service but they resolved absolutely nothing, gave me a discount check of 50 SEK, which only benefits them, since I consume more with them. But what I really wanted help with was the complaint I was entitled to - they didn't solve it, so where is the incentive for me as a customer to continue shopping with them after that? No, redo do the right Lindex! You have a lot to work on when it comes to customer service and marketing (ignorant to underestimating WoM and the value of simple solutions to having satisfied customers); we are talking about SEK 56 which Lindex could not repay when their quality of garment was under all criticism. Fy! Lindex has a lot to learn from its competitors. In fact, will never trade from there again.
