★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od autorizovaného servisu bych čekal naprosto jiný přístup. Abych čekal měsíc a půl kvůli výměně světla a nárazníku + přelakování, to mi přijde opravdu neskutečné. A o tom, jak kvalitně je auto opravené se radši ani zmiňovat nebudu. Omluvu, že nemaj lidi prostě neberu. Servisu bych doporučil výrazně zlepšit komunikaci se zákazníkem, protože na takovouhle kvalitu služeb bych si zvykal opravdu nerad. Pokud vybíráte kam s autem, tak Lipexu se raději vyhněte.
 I would expect a completely different approach from the authorized service. To wait a month and a half for the change of light and bumper + repainting, it seems really unreal to me. And I prefer not to mention how well the car is repaired. I just don't apologize for not having people. I would recommend the service to significantly improve communication with the customer, because I would really not like to get used to such a quality of service. If you choose where to go with a car, you should avoid Lipex.
