★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehty, držely víc jak 2 měsíce, akorát by se mohli snažit udělat hezčí zakončení u kuzicek,jinak spokojenost.
Nails, held for more than 2 months, they could just try to make a nicer finish on the pussies, otherwise satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, bohužel musím na toto studio napsat negativní recenzi. V minulosti jsem občas využívala služeb Love nails a byla jsem docela spokojená. V poslední době se však pohoršili, nakonec tedy chodím jinam.
1. negativní zkušenost: Objednala jsem se na 9:00, pan majitel s kolegyní přišli až v 10:00, do té doby mi mobil nezvedali...nedočkala jsem se ani omluvy, natož aby za čekání nabídli nějakou slevu.
2.negativní zkušenost: Nechala jsem si udělat manikúru shellac, pan majitel byl hotov za 10 minut, prostě práci odbyl a za tři dny se mi lak na nehtech začal odlupovat.
3.negativní zkušenost: Kolegyně mi upravovala obočí..ona postupovala správně, ale panu majiteli se jaksi zdálo, že pracuje pomalu; zkrátka se mi věnovala, tak jak to má být, a tak jí dával najevo, aby zrychlila (ne příliš slušně) a nakonec když se dostavila jiná jeho klientka, mě i s kolegyní odporoučel z místnosti ven, jako by mi dával najevo "Vypadni, seš tu už dlouho".
Pokud má někdo podobné zkušenosti, prosím, podělte se, aby si v Love nails nemysleli, že jsou s nimi všichni spokojení.
Hello, unfortunately I have to write a negative review for this studio. In the past I used Love nails occasionally and I was quite satisfied. Recently, however, they have been offended, so in the end I go elsewhere.
1st negative experience: I ordered at 9:00, Mr. owner and colleague came up at 10:00, until then I did not pick up my cell phone ... I did not receive an apology, let alone offer a discount for waiting.
2. negative experience: I had a shellac manicure, the owner was done in 10 minutes, just finished work and in three days my nail polish started to peel off.
3rd negative experience: My colleague was adjusting my eyebrows. She was doing the right thing, but somehow the owner seemed to be working slowly; she simply gave me the way it was supposed to be, and so he showed her to speed up (not too well) and finally when another client came in, he and I and my colleague got me out of the room, as if he was telling me here for a long time ".
If someone has similar experience, please share so that Love nails don't think everyone is happy with them.
