I will divide in points for order. 1. Food absolutely excellent - home cooking, no substitutes + you get a portion, like from grandma ? 2. The behavior of the owner is absolutely excellent, it is a family business and the lady does not play with anything, you laugh it is a very pleasant company 3. The environment is beautiful and quiet. 4. Parking and information about the cottage - I enclose a photo of the current location of the restaurant and accommodation - do not drive according to GPS up the road, there is no parking lot - they have parking down from the main road over a wooden bridge. Summary: we go to the most luxurious restaurants in the Czech Republic and this can be equal to the best thanks to the meeting, the environment and the taste of the food! Just keep going and don't get disgusted with work. I take the photo from the car.

The food was so excellent that I had to take two courses - the dumplings were in a real TOP, the potato dough was crumbling, the cabbage was amazing and it was complemented by a beautifully crispy onion. Well, I'm not even talking about a portion of ribs ... Amazing amazing amazing

I don't know how to rate the impression of this cottage. We had a reservation at 16:30, when we ordered a drink, we informed the staff that we would not order food until around 6 p.m. Fortunately, the children ordered food earlier, so they were eaten. Instead of the staff informing us that they will need our table at 6.30 pm for the guests, they left us in sweet ignorance and looking forward to their great food. They told us this at 6:15 p.m., and I really don't know what they would do if we ordered food and waited for it. This way they just escorted us without the food we were really looking forward to. We were going to leave a lot of money here, so at least we saved. Not only was it negative, the food we managed to order was really good and so was the beer. If they had told us this at the outset, we would all be satisfied. Unfortunately, this is how we left hungry.

This chalet is picturesque. It will definitely make an impression on everyone. It's cozy here and it still smells of some goodies that are just baked in the oven. The environment is very friendly. The owners are nice and forgiving. The staff is just as great. They communicate very nicely and there is a homely atmosphere. Foreigners can communicate here without a problem. The rooms are smaller, clean, cozy, wood everywhere. We slept well under the feather blanket. There is a play area for children on the ground floor, which I very much welcomed with my children. The interior of the restaurant is great! Amazing tiled stoves are the heart of the restaurant space. The walls are decorated with various trophies. We also admired the beautiful ceramics that also adorn the entire interior of the restaurant and bar. Food - very good. Breakfast unbeatable, rich. Cash, soups, specialties for lunch or dinner - nothing to complain about. Very good. Nice portions. I would like tomato, blueberry sourdough dumplings, tartare, pumpkin soup, beef broth, beef cheeks in red wine, grilled chicken with salad and beetroot salad with goat cheese. I'm sorry I didn't have time to taste it more. We had lunch twice in Pec pod Sněžkou and we were very disappointed. It was not about the prices (they are exaggerated, but probably everyone counts on it) but mainly about the quality of the food we received. It's not at all worth trying to eat somewhere else. Just finding a solid restaurant in Pec poisoned our day and we were still disappointed. Just horror. Better to return to Lovecka :) The area around the cottage is quite sloping. But you can take a walk to Pec pod Sněžkou. With small children there are a bit limited possibilities for trips, but with a little bigger children I can imagine that it is possible to trip nicely (easier). If you have come skiing or hiking in the mountains this is the perfect place. I like to recommend Lovecká chata to everyone.
