Majiteli domu byli drobní řemeslníci a živnostníci - např. puškař, švec, či ranhojič. Ke značnému poškození sklepních a přízemních prostor došlo v roce 2002 následkem povodní. Následně byl objekt po roce 2003 rekonstruován. Not as spectacular as the houses on (and around) the main square, but beautiful late Gothic one-storey corner town house closes a block of several buildings on the north side of the Czech Street, built at the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries. The original core and the remarkable corner bay on the stone crampons were preserved until today. Due to the irregularity of the ground plan of the parcel it can be assumed that the house was not built in one-time. The owners of the house were small craftsmen and tradesmen - for example a gunman, a shoemaker, or a healer. Significant damage to cellars and ground areas occurred in 2002 due to floods. Subsequently the building was reconstructed after 2003.
