★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlepší kuchyně ve střední Evropě a přilehlých provincií. Jejich segedin je gastronomický zázrak, nemluvě o pečeném kuřeti, držkové polévce a vlastně celém menu které zde nabízejí.
Vaří maminka pana majitele, kuchařka par excellence, jejíž kuchařské umění je povzneseno na nejvyšší možnou úroveň. Ten veliký chlap za pultem co jídlo s úsměvem nachystá, má evidentní radost z toho, že ti chutná.
A to už je v dnešní době těžko někde k vidění.
Kdykoliv jsem v okruhu do sta kilometrů, pokaždé sem zajedu, její jídlo stojí za to.
Kam se hrabe Bittner, to se nedá srovnat.
Klobouk dolů před tímto podnikem.

The best cuisine in Central Europe and adjacent provinces. Their segedin is a gastronomic miracle, not to mention roast chicken, horseradish soup and actually the whole menu they offer here.
The owner's mother cooks, a cook par excellence, whose culinary art is elevated to the highest possible level. The big guy behind the counter who prepares food with a smile is obviously happy that you like it.
And that's hard to see today.
Whenever I'm within a hundred kilometers, I always come here, her food is worth it.
Where Bittner goes, it can't be compared.
