★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices on the webpage are NOT the same as when you are there. ONLY 24 hours price - NO 3 hours. Use other places. They cheat on you. EDIT: and yes, USE OTHER location on FLORENC - I hope it's not the same owner as this cheaters - beware in Prague many places are to cheat on on you, DO NOT USE this luggage storage at all - prepare more time to go by metro to Florenc. Safe your money for other things in Prague - not for this joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have 10 baggages to store, they are very good to travel 2 times to pick up all as they didn't expect we have so much and huge boxes to store. Their vehicle was not able to accommodate all at once so he has to brought some back to the storage from our hotel and came back to pick up the balance.
Really feel blessed there is such a service as we are traveling in Europe for one month. After the storage, we proceed to another destination in Europe.
When we came back, very fast they delivered all our baggages back to us to our hotel.
Overall, quite a good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect Service ! We used the near Palladium Mall location to store our luggage all day before checking into our AirBnB. We were greeted with happy and friendly workers (not always the case in Prague). After our 2-day stay in Prague, we left our luggage at the automated 24/7 storage location near the train station, for the day before we caught our train out late in the evening. Worked great ! It made the trip much easier. Thanks !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect service! Everything was on the machine and easy to understand. I didn’t want to store my luggage in the station area because it asked for czh crowns and I only had euros or wanted to actually put it on my card. I was in Prague for 5hours only. This place is 5min walk from the station so there was no trouble about walking more. Highly recommended.
