★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luggage was left at 8:40. The tourist came back at 10:45 . The luggage cell was locked and any attempt to open it up gave an error message. The tourist called the operator. Operator was unable to open the cell remotely. Help arrived 3 hours later at 14:00. The cell was open at 14:15.
The issue is that the flight to Moscow left at 13:50. The tourist had to rebook a ticket, lost his 166 euros. The company responsible for this yellow storage boxes could not care less.
