Rezervujete si v jejich on-line systemu vzdy jizdu po smeru, presto nakonec otoci vagony a vy jedete v protismeru a celou cestu vam je blbe! Zachody i sedadla neuklizene, nektere zachody casto nefunkcni, zamknute, musite prelezat skrz nekolik vagonu. Na reklamace nikdo nebere zretel, ani neodpovi! TOHLE JE JEN CAST TOHO, V CO SE NYNI PROMENIL REGIOJET!!! Humus a hnus. Buy a ticket by train Regio Jet from Prague to Havirov and they will plant you in Ostrava! How to get me out of Ostrava house is not interesting. You book in their on-line system I always drive in the direction, but in the end you turn the wagons and you drive in the opposite direction and all the way is wrong! Undecorated and uncleaned seats, some salons often do not work, locked, you must climb through several wagons. Nobody takes any notice of the complaint, nor does it respond! THIS IS ONLY CAST WHAT THE REGIOJET WAS NOW !!! Humus and disgust.
G	Gabriela Pražská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy milá vstřícná obsluha jak ve vlaku tak na pobočce, super kvalitní čekání, při kterém si člověk připadá jako člověk a ne osina zadku (tak jak je běžné u konkurence zřízené státem). Jen toho kakaa by mohlo být o něco víc! Always nice friendly service both on the train and at the branch, super quality waiting, in which one feels like a person and not a pain in the ass (as is common with competition established by the state). Only that cocoa could be a little more!

Bol som milo prekvapený luxusom v rámci tarify ASTRA STANDARD, ktorý ani nekorešpondoval s nízkou cenou lístka. Odporúčam! I definitely recommend traveling to Prague by train of this company. I was pleasantly surprised by the luxury within the ASTRA STANDARD tariff, which did not even correspond to the low ticket price. I recommend!

So think twice if You need by health to sit in first places because this is not warrantied, but the worst aspect remain the company rudeness on never replay to any email / FB message.
