Pokladny a personal fajn, ale co je na hlavnim nadrazi zverstvo, tak ze se zverejnuji nastupiste tak 5 minut pred odjezdem (driv to byla specialita RJ a LE, ted uz i CD). Hlavne ze v Rakousku ci Nemecku zna clovek nastupiste pul roku dopredu. Ale tady se proste nechce...

Doporučuji si stáhnout aplikaci ČD Můj vlak a nemusíte se chodit. Mají sice idiotský systém, ale pořád lepší než sem chodit. Co jsem si všimnul tak zde mají +10Kč dražší než v app, za místenku si musíte připlatit 35Kč nebo to koupit asi hodně dopředu. V app to jde zdarma, ale NE u všech spojů. Když kupujete přes app, tak průvodčí může chtít OP nebo jiný doklad totožnosti, což je podle mě úplně kreténský, když nemáte žádnou slevu. Jediné pozitivum, dostanete 60Kč slevu na další jízdenku, pokud přistaví jiný vůz (např bez wifi). ALE lze to uplatnit pouze na pokladně, nejde to to zadat do app slevový kód.
I recommend downloading the ČD Můj vlak application and you don't have to walk. They have an idiotic system, but they're still better than coming here. What I noticed is that they have + 10 CZK more expensive than in the app, you have to pay 35 CZK for the seat or buy it a lot in advance. In the app it's free, but NOT for all connections. When you buy through the app, the guide may want an OP or other proof of identity, which I think is completely asshole when you have no discount. The only positive, you will get a 60 CZK discount on the next ticket if another car arrives (eg without wifi). BUT it can only be applied at the checkout, it cannot be entered in the app discount code.
