Už nikdy bych ničím takovým nejela, ve vlaku se nedalo dýchat, smrdělo to tam a o chování SLEČNY průvodčí ani nemluvím, voprskla, naštvaná, pokud tu práci dělat nechce tak ať se na to vykašle protože takový chování jsem ještě nezažila

Otřesná zkušenost se zaměstnancem na telefonní lince Praha Západ. Na slušný dotaz ohledně jedné z autobusových linek, které jsem chtěl pravidelně začít využívat, nejprve otrávená odpověď, že neví a mám hledat, další pokusy o domluvu vulgárně odbyl s tím, že pokud se mi jeho chování nelíbí, mám jet s někým jiným, načež práskl telefonem. Tak takhle tato společnost jedná se zákazníky. Pro mě poučení. Beru si tedy jeho návrh k srdci a vyberu si jiného dopravce a pokud možno pokaždé, když budu někam cestovat a bude jiná alternativa.
Terrible experience with an employee on the Prague West telephone line. To a decent question about one of the bus lines that I wanted to start using on a regular basis, first the annoyed answer was that he did not know and should look for other attempts to negotiate vulgarly, with the proviso that if I do not like his behavior, I should go with someone else, and then he banged the phone. This is how this company treats customers. A lesson for me. So I take his proposal to heart and choose another carrier and, if possible, every time I travel somewhere and there is another alternative.

I have been traveling almost everyday via bus from Teplice to Prague and vice versa. It’s been a year and the company has proven itself reliable in terms of taking me to Prague everyday. It was only once when bus was not available and we had to take the next one and i had to workout the refund process, but unfortunately i had to find out after calling customer service. One thing is the company never adjusts the time based on real arrival time, so first time bookers beaware! If your planning trips in combination with other transportation means. If bus is supposed to arrive 9:14, it never arrives at this time. Always add 15-30 minutes to it. Second of all, the arriva.cz reservation system is probably the worst, most time consuming system i have ever used. Sometimes it has bugs and it’s not possible to book a seat and the only way is to book through idos.cz. I have once reported a bug to technical support and they just denied that there is a bug. I sent evidence that i cant book a seat using screenshots from several devices but they never got back to me. The impression is that it’s a company that does bare minimum to run its operation and you cant expect much improvement. You just hope that things stay as is for as long as possible. But it takes me to where i need and takes me back hence 3 stars.

Yesterday my mother, my girlfriend and I drove with their bus at 10.20 from Pec pod Snezkou to Prague cerny most. There are several issues that we want to complain about. Firstly, there was no toilet on the bus during this trip, which took over 3.5 hours. Second, the driver was not ready to take a break for the toilet. This is an imposition on health on such a long journey. There were children and old people in the bus. Third, the driver has a passenger who had left the bus in Horice v Podkrkonosi briefly, although this was arranged with the driver, leave at the stop. This passenger also had his luggage in the bus. In my view, this behavior of the bus driver and thus the service of their company is a catastrophic achievement.
