I call the dispatcher, and they tell me that the money cannot be returned, since the flight took place .. and how can comrades be here?? 60 euros is not a big amount .. but such a sediment remained! I do not recommend this carrier!

After calling back, the woman said that the bus had not yet left the Czech Republic and that the money would be returned to us. Calling the info-bus hotline on Monday, we were told that they did not have any such information from the carrier. As a result, the trip was not made, the funds were not returned (this is all during the war in Ukraine).
