N	Nicolas Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I confirm this is the stop to go to the airport. Pay in cash or do like I did if you are visiting Prague and buy two single tickets in the airport and keep one for your return journey.
A	Abdallah Abu-Hadhoud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service but very crowded bus. A bus comes every 15 minutes, you can pay by contactless cards, cash or a ticket bought from an office inside the station. It goes directly to the airport.

I went to the info desk, asked where to get the Airport Express Bus, the guy sold me the tickets and explained badly, very badly how to get to the bus stop. Badly explained, I could not find any indication where to get the bus. I got back to the info desk and told the guy I couldn’t find the bus stop…very rudely he tried to explain again, very impatient, horrible attitude and finally show me a picture of the place and for the first time informed that I had to find a sign indicating to walk another 250m (in Czech language), which was very difficult to find!!! The worst service ever! I missed the bus and had to wait for another 30 minutes to get the next one. Never again!!!
S	Szilárd L. Márton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is indeed bit tricky to find, yet I managed to find it quite quickly thanks to the kind help desk officer. It is really not very complicated. Nd you an find the model of the central station in Lego in the middle of the station! How cool is that!
P	Petya Koleva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I expected the worst comments are written by some special foreign snowflakes (I'm sorry, got already punished for it :)), however, unfortunately, I can recently confirm every single word of them. And I'm a survivor from much worse, living in Czech Rep. for months already and speaking very good Czech. NOT A SINGLE SIGN WAS DIRECTING TO THE BUS STOP! I've traveled throught half a Europe and USA, been on this Prague main station quite a lot of times, and still, eventually, I had to ask the police to help me out!! After I missed the wanted bus and was going to miss my plane too! I've never, ever, had such troubles finding my way, anywhere else. For the prices of those tickets, they can definitely afford putting very clear and visible signs, and I'll be looking for them!

This information seems to be missing from google :( it is really not easy to find the stop, but otherwise a simple way to get to the airport, the view at night is also beautiful ?
R	Rosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ March 2022 - I have seen people having issues with this bus. The bus stop is located right outside the metro/train station PNH. Look for the symbol "AE" (pictures attached). In my opinion the tricky part is maze of the station. There are symbols in the train station that have a bus and an airplane in a square that will lead you on the right path. The exit to the bus stop is located outside the cafe in the large, yellow, semicircular antrum with the cafe named "Farewell Memorial" the Czech name I can't remember (if you see train platforms, go to the opposite side of the antrum) The bus goes every 30 minutes starting on the hour, the two times I have had to take it it has been on time. Tickets can be bought in the bus (100 koruna for adults, 50 for children 6 - 15, free for <6). There is a ticket station inside the metro station on floor 0 (iirc), the tickets from here can be bought on the day and will be valid for one trip on the same day of purchase (incase you feel you will be in a rush and want to buy it ahead of time). Otherwise you can buy a ticket on the bus using cash or card. There's space for luggage, and there are no other stops between the two stations. The same bus can be taken from the airport outside terminal 1. Safe travels!
