★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ехал этим перевозчиком, остался доволен, хорошие автобусы, вежливый персонал, единственный минус- это наличие маленького туалета, во время поездки иногда доносились "ароматы ванили"
I traveled with this carrier, I was satisfied, good buses, polite staff, the only drawback is the presence of a small toilet, during the trip, sometimes you could hear "vanilla aromas"

А так би двійку поставив.
Пізно виїхали, бо персонал не міг розсадити людей, хоча місця були замовлені.
Зупинок нормальних не було, не було можливості нормально сходити в туалет. Зупинялись на незрозумілих заправках. Водія би поміняв, не справляється з обов'язками.
Їхали 04.05.2021 о 18:00 мав бути рейс. Виїхали десь 18:40. В Прагу приїхали 21:00 05.09.21. якби водій скорше б думав, або якщо взагалі б думав, то приїхали б скорше.
Не рекомендую дану компанію.

They left late because the staff could not seat people, although seats were booked.
There were no normal stops, there was no possibility to go to the toilet normally. Stopped at obscure gas stations. The driver would change, does not cope with duties.
We were going on 04.05.2021 at 18:00 there was to be a flight. We left somewhere at 18:40. Arrived in Prague 21:00 05.09.21. if the driver would have thought sooner, or if he had thought at all, they would have arrived sooner.
I do not recommend this company.

Never use this company, NEVER! drivers pick up people every step of the way, the journey through Ukraine takes a long time, the bus does not stop at stations but picks up people right on the street. Also, buses are old and uncomfortable, people don’t wear face masks. Shame on you!!!
