Zejména interiér je velmi zastaralý, horší, tmavší osvětlení působí až moc komorním dojmem. Chtělo by to kompletně předělat, aby i interiér odpovídal dnešní podobě moderních nádraží. Вход в зале вокзала. Новые автоматы для покупки билетов, есть меню на русском языке. Рядом много отелей, в шаговой доступности. Можно пешком до центра дойти. Large railway station. Trains throughout Europe, to Russia. There are lots of shops, fast food outlets, BILLA supermarket, a beer restaurant at the station. Subway station. Entrance to the station hall. New machines for buying tickets, there is a menu in Russian. There are many hotels nearby, within walking distance. You can walk to the center.

Коли їхала сюди з Варшави, потяг затримався на 4 години через поломку локомотива, я прибула на цей вокзал о 2й ночі і нас просто вигнали, бо вночі він не працює. Перша електричка до потрібного мені міста за Прагою йде о 5й годині ранку! Довелося блукати вночі, шукати бодай щось відкрите, а із цим у Празі проблеми! І пересидіти ніч. Крім того, у місці, де мала би бути допомога біженцям, просто нереальна кількість циган, які сплять на підлозі, і все, що вам там запропонують - випити води, де немає чистих стаканів, щоб її набрати. Там навіть не було жодної лавки! Просто жахливо. The station itself is very hot, it is small, and the crowds are very large. When I was coming here from Warsaw, the train was delayed for 4 hours due to a locomotive breakdown, I arrived at this station at 2 am and we were just kicked out because it doesn't work at night. The first train to the city I need outside of Prague leaves at 5 o'clock in the morning! I had to wander at night, looking for at least something open, and this is a problem in Prague! And stay the night. In addition, in a place where there should be help for refugees, there is simply an unrealistic number of gypsies sleeping on the floor, and all you will be offered there is to drink water where there are no clean glasses to collect it. There wasn't even a single bench! It's just awful.
