T	Tony Elkin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organised, good timetable displays, lots of outlets and shops, dual language announcements, metro in terminal. TIP.... upstairs at the top level in the dome is a quieter cafe with table service.... recommend using it.

In spite of the matter of safetiness it's a quite well organized train and bus station. Little plus for the airport bus departing there.

So you may enjoy the beautiful old architecture and comfortable stay in new building. It's clean and cozy place with many policemen. So, it's safe as well. There are many timetables which help you not to miss your train. The information is provided in Czech and English, partially in German. In the hall, there's an information kiosk to help tourists. I bought a ticket for the underground there. There's an ancient fortepiano and a musician plays different music to make your waiting less monotonous and more enjoyable. There are many shops but I ignored them)))

They’re extremely rude towards tourists and don’t do their job professionally. My family and I bought our seat reservation from Prague to Vienna and we all had eurail passes for first class and she put us in second class which is not what our tickets were for. It later caused so much hassle on the train having to negotiate with the conductors to get a seat. Czech rail really need to improve on their customer service.

P	Provat Chandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head of the Czech Republic Prague and International Railway Station. Very nice environment, open weather outside, inside market and platform. The service of the staff is very beautiful . There is a metro station just below the railway station above . There are also tram and bus services outside . All in all, you will get all the services of the International Station here.
