Regiojet - Wilsonova 300/8

If I could give a lower review than one star, I would. Here we go..... I'm on the train now in the "low cost" section and tried to order my girlfriend a coffee. It's my first time on a Regiojet train, so I walked to the next car to see if there was a place to order. In the next car, I was surprised to see that it was totally different. It was the standard/business class so I'm okay with a certain a level of space to be paid for, but it looks as if it had also been cleaned, too. My car wasn't only smaller, but the floor was dirty, and the blind in our window was taped open and couldn't be shut. Whatever, this story isn't about that. When I got to the guy, I asked him if I could buy a coffee. He told me because I came from the low cost car, I cannot. When I said I would pay, he then barked at me rudely and said that more information is in the book. I walked back to my seat, found a little advert manual which showed the difference of classes to find that in the low cost section it is not possible to order refreshments. Okay. Five minutes later the guy walked past my seat and the ladies in front of me had to shout at him "Pane prosím!" so he would acknowledge their call. They asked if they can order a coffee. He interrupted them, while they were telling him that they payed standard price by calling them seniors and that seniors pay less and therefore get less. To call two ladies he knows nothing about "seniors" is so incredibly disrespectful that people around us turned their heads in shock. He waked away while they were still talking to him trying to explain the situation. "Its in the book!!" When he came back, they asked for his name, and at this point he was leaning over their chairs and raising his voice at them, asking them what they want. They said his for his name, he again asked what they want. While he started telling them again that he information is in the book, they showed him the tickets that they had paid for, where he found that they had in fact paid full price, and he said he didn't know why but couldn't give them coffee. They were in fact not seniors, and told him that they thought they should be treated with respect. He continued by saying that there were hundreds of people in the train and that if everyone asked the question he wouldn't be able to get anything done. They asked for respect and as he was yelling at the pair, I took a photo. He then threatened me aggressively by saying that if i don't delete the photo, there's going to be serious problems. I asked for his name, which he eventually conceded as "Petr" who would not give his last name. When one starts yelling at two older ladies who kindly ask for coffee, he becomes absolutely unsuitable for this line of work. Had "Petr" given me his last name, I'd have considered keeping the photo private, but if I do not, there's no other way to identify him. Petr: you need to be removed from Regiojet. Unless I get a response to this comment, my girlfriend and I will find other means of transportation, and i'm sure that after this experience, we're not alone. Also, the washrooms had plugged toilets and no running water.

I travelled on the Relax fare from Prague to Vienna for €19. It was far better than any mode of transport I am used to. The seats are comfortable, the on-board service is fantastic (beer, coffee, sandwiches and salads) and priced SO fairly (€1 for a beer!).

Handled my refunds smooth as silk, always great customer care for me.

Apart of having loud co-passengers. I told to the lady who was checking the tickets to tell them to be a little bit more conscious of the other passengers, because they were with no mask, drinking and talking very loudly, she even told them who was the person who complained of the loudness, and one of the teenagers came to tell me to shut up because "they are from here and young and I'm abroad and I need to respect them" (??? (I'm 25 and living in CZ for 3 years lol). Can you imagine how dangerous could it be if it wasn't a teenager but an adult, who's prompt action is to have aggressive responses while drunk? It was very low and unprofessional from her to tell them who was the one who complained, which it was meant just to catch their attention to be more quiet.

Their service went from 10 to 0 in last couple of months! So unpolite staff, horrible conidtions! I will not travel with them any more and you should think twice if you would like to!

Trip from Prague to Vienna. The train ticket is half price compared to Ceske Drahy and also is a lot nicer. Bottle of water and coffees included in the price. Other drinks and food are super cheap and the service is pretty good.

We took RegioJet from Kosice to Praga, overnight. 1. Air conditioning was completely unpredictable. We set it on cold and it alternated between hot and cold all throughout the night, making it extremely uncomfortable. 2. As a result of the poor ventilation there was a foul smell in the train cabin. A mixture of sweat and dirt. 3. The bathroom was extremely dirty, with pee and toilet paper all over the place. 4. The purchase process online was really confusing. We thought we were buying a cabin where we could sleep and ended up sitting, with 4 other people. As somebody who works on technology, I think that something in the website purchase flow must have been very confusing for this error to have happened.
