★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed. Easy to order and pay online. Used phone for my ticket. Comfortable seats. Free movies and headsets. They provided cappuccino, coffee or hot chocolate. The driver was safe and courteous. I even used the WC onboard, and it wasn’t bad. I would choose this again anytime, and will for the next leg of this journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price was so affordable compared to the bus the time we decided to use the train. It was from Prague to Vienna. Service was super. The crew was friendly enough. They gave you water en hot drinks/apple/orange juice as part of the service/free. The train itself was clean n comfy n well equiped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. 4 and a half hour long ride, 32 degrees outside and no AC. Not the first time the AC is not working, the same thing happened a week ago. You can’t even open the window. Twice I took this train and twice it was a complete disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve taken Regiojet trains two times. Both times it was a great experience! It was super comfortable and the food was cheap and delicious! You definitely need to try a chocolate cake!

30min delay on departure I can survive.
No advertized daily newspapers nor free drink I can understand, but the fact there is no option to even buy food or drink onboard of the INTERNATIONAL train in BUSINESS class, when You travel 5 hours between two EU major capitals, is outrageous. Even Ryanair can handle a paid catering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good afternoon, I am writing to make a complaint and ask for a refund of the ticket I had from Budapest kelenföld to Vienna. I have missed the train I had today, Wednesday October 13th at 15.52, as at no time did it appear on the platform, and there was no notice of a change of platform. I have the photo which proves that it was scheduled for that platform, and AT NO TIME DID IT APPEAR. Other trains appeared that were not going to Vienna, but not the one that was scheduled.
There was also no loudspeaker call indicating any kind of platform change. I was not the only one who went through this inconvenience. A couple from Chile had the same problem as I did and they also lost the train.
As if that wasn't enough, at the station I couldn't get any assistance from anyone, I could only get a mere assistance from your call center and the only weak solution was to make my complaint here.
t is a shame that you as a company do not have a physical office or any agent at the station.
I'M STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You think when you choose relax class you get at least base service, but all you get late first order 1h15m after departure, then you might get lucky and recieve possibility to get secod order. Then they will tell you that you can order again after some destination , which is one hour away. Dont take relax, other class does have possibility for online order, but relax not. The worst part you just watch how busniss class is serverd constantly.
