Ten přístup mi nesednul ale však uvidíte... It will pass though it is an ordinary shop at the level of Blažek and others ... Neodporúčam - nekvalitný tovar za nezodpovedajúcu cenu. Evaluation of the brand sold in this shop - catastrophic quality - after 10 uses, the trousers for 3000 ripped through (!!!), the fabric is clearly kinked, the claim did not recognize. I do not recommend - poor quality goods at an inadequate price.

Ochotnou prodavačku jsem dostatečně informoval, že oblečení budu používat na svatbách, kde pracuji jako fotograf a že potřebuji, aby vydrželo vysokou zátěž. Po půl roce (září 2017) vypadá sako fakt strašně. Je vybledlé, plné žmolků a na podšívce roztrhané. Vše jsem chtěl vyřešit reklamací. Hned při přijímání zboží do reklamace mi prodavačka sdělila, že si za to můžu sám svým chováním a že jsem sako určitě pral. Podle mě je skutečnost jiná - sako je z nekvalitního materiálu, který vůbec neodpovídá ceně. Jak je možné, že mi obleky před tím vydrželi mnohem víc a delší dobu? A stejně tak kalhoty, kupované ve stejnou dobu, s nimi žádný problém není. Reklamace nakonec byla zamítnuta, takže LUGGI UŽ NIKDY! Attention, I rate the brand, not a branch in Prague! So: a complete disaster. In March 2017 I bought a jacket + pants in Luggi Pardubice. I was willing to inform the willing shop assistant that I would use my clothes at weddings, where I work as a photographer, and that I needed it to withstand a high load. After half a year (September 2017) the jacket looks really awful. It is faded, full of lumps and torn on the lining. Everything I wanted to solve complaints. As soon as I received the goods for the complaint, the saleswoman told me that I was responsible for this by my behavior and that I certainly wanted my jacket. In my opinion, the fact is different - the jacket is made of poor quality material, which does not correspond to the price at all. How is it possible that the suits lasted much longer and longer? Similarly, pants, bought at the same time, are no problem with them. The claim was eventually rejected, so LUGGI NEVER!

Úplně prázdný krám, obě vzadu krafaly, aniž by si nás všimly a snažily se nám pomoct.. Musela jsem dojít až dozadu k nim a byly úplně neochotné a nepříjemné.... Hned druhá věta byla, že na mého syna určitě žádný oblek nemají... No neochota prvního kalibru... Kdyby tam měly fofr, tak to možná pochopíme, ale my byli jediní zákazníci v celé velké prodejně... Smutné ... Salesmen in Luggi in Letnany - great tragedy !! I came with my son to buy a suit. A completely empty shop, both cracked at the back without noticing us and trying to help us. I had to go back to them and they were totally reluctant and unpleasant .... The second sentence was that my son certainly did not have a suit ... But the reluctance of the first caliber ... D	Dominika Krtková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál je přímo tragický. Platili jsme 3500,- 1x1000 kč a zbytek bohužel ve dvousetkorunách. Prodavačka arogantně prohlásila "Menší nemáte?". Neřeknu kdybychom platili drobnými, ale toto si přeci nemůže dovolit vůči zákazníkovi, který tam nechává nemalé peníze. V tu chvíli jsme stáli zcela v šoku a rovněž tak odešli. The staff is downright tragic. We paid 3500, - 1x1000 CZK and the rest unfortunately in two hundred crowns. The saleswoman arrogantly stated "Don't you have a smaller one?". I wouldn't say if we paid with change, but he can't afford this to a customer who leaves a lot of money there. At that moment, we were completely shocked and left as well.
