They did a wonderful job, the employees were really nice! I got nail extensions for only €25,95!! I would really recommend this place!

First time getting my nails done, and I was plesantly surprised. The employers were very talented and fast. It was also very cheap (500 cz for gel nails+ extentions+ nail polish)

Very disappointing service today at Luxe- I arrived a few minutes late for my manicure and pedicure appointment as I am new to the city and was thrown off by an incorrectly marked google location for luxe. I apologized for being late but the young man who was meant to attend to me appeared rude and angry right away. He huffed and puffed about a ten minute delay and then proceeded to be extremely aggressive with his body language and tone -so much so that it made me extremely nervous to even continue to sit there. Later he asked if I wanted my nails short and I responded “ yes short and square please “ . He apparently took great offense to that and expressed a great deal of anger and annoyance that I had mentioned the shape when he just asked about the size. This was extremely puzzling and it’s quite the norm in singapore where I traveled from, to answer with this information. Even if it was not the norm here, it definitely didn’t warrant that amount of rudeness . When I asked why he was so upset he got up rudely and said he would not continue and would get someone else to attend to me. The girl following him was fortunately really kind and attentive and apologized on his behalf. I walked out pretty shaken from the experience and really hope no one has to put up with such unjustified aggression.

The master did not use any antiseptics, neither for my hands, not for his own. The master worked without gloves! And also took off the mask. He just bit off my nails with forceps, then sawed off and bit off the cuticle, it was hurt. When he started painting my nails, he left to do nail extensions for another girl, and his colleague was finishing his work. Today is the third day and the nails look bad, and the wounds still hurt. I'm sorry for wasted time, money and my fingers ?

I went for a manicure with regular polish while in Prague on vacation. The nails turned out nice (nothing more or less), happy with the big selection of colors to choose from. Also plus for the low price. But the experience itself was not that nice. The person that did my nails used her phone several times during the treatment and she even made a phone call once while working on my nails (which she did not excuse). Seemed very uninterested. Did not look like the spot was cleaned properly before the treatment either. Furthermore I started bleeding once because she cut one of my fingers, but she apologized for this. Over all ok, but next time I am in Prague I will visit another place.

Thank you for the great service, I'm really happy with my new nails ?? awesome work, I'll be back! *Edit* Still awesome ??? I've been here 3 times so far for acrylics. Rony always does an excellent job. He's the only artist that builds the acrylic so good it doesn't go bad even after 5 weeks! In the past all previous acrylic sets come out on their own after 2-3 weeks, but Ronny made them stay! ??? thank you, you're awesome ❤ give him a raise ??

I am very disappointed in the nails I got done here. I messaged the salon on Instagram asking if the could do designed sets, and included multiple photo examples, they said yes. When I arrived at the salon on time none of the nail techs were there yet. I was given a book of nail colors to go through and showed the photo of the nails I wanted to get. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. When the nail tech arrived (after the appointment time) he looked at the photo and told me no. He said they couldn’t do ombré, and was unable to do the design with the amount of time the appointment was. This shouldn’t have been a problem because I didn’t book the time. I was communicating with an employee and they booked the appointment based on the photos and what I described. I chose a simpler design and he got started. He made my nails much shorter than anticipated, they are all different lengths, and sizes. My cuticles were cut in multiple places, and he never even worked on them. Throughout the appointment he was visibly and audibly irritated. The design he did was a more simplified version of what I originally wanted, and the colors are not done well since he only did one coat. While I was there I noticed other technicians being rude the other clients as well. I will be going to a different salon to have my nails fixed. I wish the communication had been better, if I had been told they were unable to do designs I would have booked an appointment with a different salon; ultimately saving my time and money.
