Vyšli nám ve všem vstříc, kuchyň je přesně podle našeho návrhu, nic nebyl na rozdíl od kuchyňských studií problém, zároveň přidali pár dobrých vlastních tipů. Bylo vidět, že ví, o čem mluví. Sympatický tým zaměstnanců, bezproblémová domluva na čemkoliv. Velmi rychle a ochotně reagovali na změny, které jsme požadovali, záhy vždy poslali upravenou vizualizaci. Řemeslník zvládl namontovat linku zcela sám během dvou dnů, vše po sobě dokonale uklidil, opravdu precizní práce. Kuchyň je nádherná, kvalitně zpracovaná a za velmi rozumnou cenu. Kdybychom cokoliv do bytu potřebovali, určitě bychom se na firmu Luxra znovu obrátili. I definitely recommend it. We had a kitchen made to measure. He could see that he knew what he was talking about. Sympathetic team of staff, easy to negotiate on anything. They responded very quickly and willingly to the changes we wanted, and they sent a modified visualization soon. The craftsman managed to mount the line all by himself within two days, cleaning it up perfectly, really precise work. The kitchen is beautiful, well-crafted and at a very reasonable price. If we needed anything to the apartment, we would definitely turn to Luxra again.

Co speciálně oceňuji je pomoc s výběrem vhodných spotřebičů a také možnost vyřešit velkou část přes e-mail a telefon bez nutnosti návštěvy pobočky. We have a built kitchen and three built-in wardrobes from Luxra and we can only praise our cooperation - the furniture looks very good, it is honestly assembled and the prices are also standard. What I especially appreciate is the help with the selection of suitable appliances and also the possibility to solve a large part via e-mail and telephone without the need to visit a branch.

Skvěle se mi s Vámi (jak s Vámi jako firmou, tak i s každým z Vás) komunikovalo, ve všem jste se mi snažili vyhovět (a mám zato, že i ve všem vyhověli) a výsledek je neskutečný. Jsem nad míru spokojen a osobně jsem na začátku ani nečekal, že dílo bude tak moc odpovídat mé (velmi konkrétní) představě a ještě ji dokonce přesahovat. Kuchyň si užívám, je to slast v ní vařit, péct a připravovat kávu na baristickém baru. Thank you for your work incl. services related to it (assembly) as well as for the course of the entire process from assignment to construction and assembly. I had a great communication with you (both with you as a company and with each of you), you tried to satisfy me in everything (and I think they complied in everything) and the result is unreal. I am extremely satisfied and personally at the beginning I did not even expect that the work would correspond so much to my (very specific) idea and even go beyond it. I enjoy the kitchen, it's a pleasure to cook, bake and prepare coffee in a bar bar.

Malé zakázky je nezajímají. Měli bysi to uvést na webových stránkách, aby to zákazníci věděli a neztráceli s touto firmou čas. I sent an inquiry form for kitchen cabinets. After 14 days, when I was not answered, I learned after a phone question that the company only deals with entire kitchens. They are not interested in small orders. You should mention this on the website so that customers know it and do not waste time with this company.

Z mé staré, zapšklé kuchyně na vlnitém linu udělali během pár dní krásnou moderní kuchyň a položili i zbrusu novou podlahu. A to celé na omezeném budgetu. Luxra mi byla doporučena známými a já budu určitě doporučovat dál. From customer service, to the selection of materials and the assembly itself, everything was perfect. In a few days, they turned my old, crumpled kitchen on a corrugated line into a beautiful modern kitchen and laid a brand new floor. And all on a limited budget. Luxra was recommended to me by acquaintances and I will definitely recommend it further.

We moved into a completely unfurnished house in Prague, and had some difficult experiences with other service providers (service being the optional word here!) Luxra's service was exceptional, they provided us with immediate, professional visualisations that created an excellent and effective dialog from which we could comfortably make the best choices for furnishing our home, the results of which we are delighted with. They also did everything at an extremely reasonable price point and were surprisingly affordable, particularly when compared to other providers whose service levels were almost non-existent. Very happy to recommend.
