Das Apartment ist groß, sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, Balkon, eine Küche mit allen Geräten, ein mit Getränken vorbestückter Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeekapselmaschine, TV mit Netflix usw. ist alles vorhanden.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der "Organisator" Roman.
Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte unkompliziert und freundlich per Mail und WhatsApp, Ankunftszeit, Tiefgarage und allgemeine Fragen/Tipps rund um Prag und den Aufenthalt wurden wärmstens beantwortet.
Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, dass Apartment ist absolut empfehlenswert.

The apartment is large, clean and leaves nothing to be desired.
There are 2 bathrooms, a balcony, a kitchen with all appliances, a refrigerator stocked with drinks, a coffee capsule machine, TV with Netflix, etc., everything is available.
Particularly noteworthy is the "organizer" novel.
Contact was made uncomplicated and friendly by email and WhatsApp, arrival time, underground parking and general questions / tips about Prague and the stay were answered warmly.
We felt very comfortable, the apartment is absolutely recommendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the opportunity to stay for almost a month over Xmas and New Year 20/21 in the hard top tier restrictions. I am really thankful I did stay at Spalena, the apartment is HUGE lots of space, great design, fully fully really fully equipped with everything you need and beyond.
The washmahine with the dryer is great plus, the living room is really cozy, and I set my Home Office there WIFI works great and I could connect an ethernet cable directly to the router.
Roman was a great host, super welcoming he did give me a great tour of the apartment and explained absolutely everything in it.
The location is UNBEATABLE, I did stay many times in Prague but it was my first time in this area, and honestly it is amazing, lots of places to walk near by, river, old town, and much more.
Thank you Roman for your hospitality and for the Xmas tree!
