★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doručene pero, které jsem posléze vrátil, kvůli špatně držícímu víčku. Údajně (podle zákaznické podpory) se tato vada vyskytuje u všech kusu tohoto pera (online newood kaligrafické pero).
Trochu problém s dodáním na jinou adresu, ale bylo vyřešeno po vzájemné komunikaci.
Delivered a pen, which I later returned due to a poorly held lid. Reportedly (according to customer support) this defect occurs with all pieces of this pen (online newood calligraphic pen).
A bit of a problem with delivery to another address, but it was solved after mutual communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma má dva e-shopy - jeden s psacími potřebami a druhý se strojky na holení, břitvami, noži... Jelikož jsem zrovna jela do Olomouce, zvolila jsem možnost vyzvednutí osobně a byla jsem sama překvapená, jak rychle byla objednávka připravená. Rozhodně doporučuji, pokud něco ze zmíněného sháníte.
The company has two e-shops - one with stationery and the other with shavers, razors, knives ... Since I was just going to Olomouc, I chose to pick up personally and I was surprised how quickly the order was ready. Definitely recommend if you are looking for any of the above.
