★ ★ ★ ★ ★ použila jsem jednou ten obchod jako zásilkovnu. prodavačka měla spoustu drobných ale nechtěla mi vrátit 20 korun nazpět a byla dost nasrána bez důvodu. to nechápu když mate v obchodě víc služeb ale se chováte slušně jen se zákazníky kteří tam chodí pro výtvarné potřeby. shame on you..
I once used the store as a mail order house. the saleswoman had a lot of change but she didn't want to give me back 20 crowns and she was pretty pissed off for no reason. I don't understand that when you have more services in the store, but you only behave decently with customers who go there for art needs. shame on you ..
