★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zajímavá zkušenost, web mě vyhodil s chybou od potvrzení objednávky, objednal jsem zachvíli znovu. Objednávka prošla, za pár dní přišlo na email potvrzení o přijetí obou objednávek. Obratem jsem psal email s prosbou o zrušení duplicitní objednávky, žádná odpověď. Asi týden od odeslání objednávky volá DPD, veze obě objednávky zabalené v jedné krabici.
Dokázal bych asi pochopit zamítnutí zrušení duplicitní objednávky, určitě víc než žádnou odpověď. Naúčování poštovného které nesedí s cenou na webu a 2x naúčtovaná dobírka jsou mi trochu záhadou.
Těch 300kč navíc mě nebolí, jen nevím, proč bych se po tomhle vracel pro další nákup.
Druhá hvězda za to, že objednávka vůbec přišla, (snad) kompletní
Interesting experience, the site fired me with an error since confirming the order, I ordered a while again. The order has passed, in a few days a confirmation of receipt of both orders was received by email. I immediately wrote an email requesting the cancellation of the duplicate order, no response. About a week after sending the order, DPD calls, carrying both orders packed in one box.
I could probably understand the refusal to cancel a duplicate order, certainly more than no answer. Teaching postage that does not fit the price on the web and 2x charged cash on delivery are a bit of a mystery to me.
The extra 300 CZK doesn't hurt me, I just don't know why I would come back after this for another purchase.
The second star for the fact that the order came at all, (perhaps) complete
