r	radek pašek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak sem už nikdy. Za 250,- Kč zjistili špatný motor vysavače a výměna prý za 2.500 + DPH. Doma jsem zjistil špatný vypínač, stačilo překlemovat a jede dál. A i kdyby, motor stojí 1.040,- Kč a práce pro amatéra na 20 minut výměna. Prostě hovada a podvodníci. Neochota , arogance. A ještě horší Narex Consult v Malešické ulici , Praha 3. Přijela jsem a na dveřích napsáno že pouze výdej objednávek z e-shopu, což jsem nevěděla když jsem tam jela a stejně bych si sama na e-shopu nevybrala, protože sem potřebovala poradit, tak ťukám na sklo otevře už na pohled neochotný pán, řikám že potřebuji pilku na železo - bezeslova ukáže na papír co tam visí o e-shopových objednávkách - řikám že jsem to četla a jestli to nemůžem vytvořit na místě tu objednávku - pán zavírá dveře a řiká vytvořte si před váma je tam x objednávek můžete si počkat - řikám to mi to opravdu nemůžete prodat - ne nenechám si dát pokutu ... Zajímavé ... Chápu, že jsou nějaká nařízení, ale neochota z toho člověka sršela na dálku už když mi šel otevřít a myslím si že se to dalo uplně v klidu vyřešit na místě, tak že bysme vytvořili objednávku, když jí tak nutně potřeboval a prodal by mi to .... Každopádně jsem se sebrala a jela nedalo k prodejci nářádí Břenda a tam kupodivu žádný problém, normálně jsem vstoupila do obchodu pomohli mi vybrat a prodali co jsem chtěla. Do Narexu jsem jezdila kupovat x let nářadí do firmy, ale po této zkušenosti a neochotě zaměstnance už tam nevkročím a radši budu jezdit k Břendovi, tam je to uplně jiný přístup ! ... Anyway, I packed up and went to the seller of tools Břenda and surprisingly no problem there, normally I entered the store helped me pick and sell what I wanted. I went to Narex to buy tools for the company for x years, but after this experience and the reluctance of the employee I will not go there and I would rather go to Břend, there it is a completely different approach! ...
