★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shánět bydlení není jednoduché v dnešní době. Chtěli jsme se ženou koupit vlastní nemovitost a prodat starší byt který byl mé dědictví. Makléřka, která nám s celou situací pomáhala byla velmi pohotová. Dobře se nám sní spolupracovalo.
Seeking housing is not easy today. We wanted to buy a real estate with a woman and sell an older flat that was my inheritance. The broker who helped us with the whole situation was very quick. We had a good time to cooperate.

S panem Cahou jsem byl domluvený na prohlídku nemovitosti na 15:00, když po 20 minutách nepřijel, rozhodl jsem se zavolat a bylo mi sděleno, že prohlídka skončila a už je na pobočce. Po té co jsem mu řekl, že jsem stál s autem pár metrů od dané nemovitosti mě označil za lháře. Toto mi připadá jako nepřípustné jednání. Třeba to je dáno pouze neprofesionalitou daného pána, avšak hází to špatný obraz na celou společnost.

With Mr. Caha, I was on a tour of the property at 15:00 when he did not arrive after 20 minutes, I decided to call and I was informed that the tour was over and he was already on the branch. After telling him that I was standing a few meters from the property, he described me as a liar. This seems to me to be an inadmissible act. Perhaps this is due only to the unprofessional nature of the master, but it throws a bad picture for the whole society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší realitka. Špatná péče o klienta (který jim přinesl realizaci prodeje a koupě 3 nemovitostí), špatně sepsaná smlouva, přišla jsem o desítky tisíc korun. Určitě nedoporučuji.
The worst real estate. Poor care for the client (who brought them the sale and purchase of 3 properties), poorly written contract, I lost tens of thousands of crowns. Definitely not recommended.
