Velmi nedoporučuji ,nejlépe s sebou statika a obvolat si družstvo ohledně všeho než se spoléhat na člověka kterému jde nejspíš pouze o vlastní profit nikoliv o pravdivost podaných informací zájemci. Various promises, which unfortunately are unfulfillable. I do not highly recommend, it is best to bring statics with you and call the team about everything other than relying on a person who is probably only interested in their own profit and not in the veracity of the information provided by the applicant.
j	jiri malina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O bytě, který nám paní Jebavá prodala nám nalhala plno věcí, které opravdu nebyli v pořádku. Např. Kvůli slibu, že už dostaneme klíče od bytu jsme už vypověděli nájemní smlouvu, že půjdeme bydlet. Ale klíče najednou nebudou. Byli o tři měsíce později asi po 4 posunutich. A tak to jelo dále. Tím to začalo a táhlo se to dále. Nedoporučuji She lied to us about the apartment that Mrs. Jebavá sold to us, full of things that were really wrong. E.g. Due to the promise that we will already receive the keys to the apartment, we have already terminated the lease that we will go to live. But suddenly the keys will not be. They were three months later after about 4 shifts. And so it went on. That's how it started and went on. I do not recommend
T	Tereza Linhartová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realitní kancelář nedoporučuji, respektive pana makléře Mácháčka. Během tří týdnů nebyl schopný zrealizovat prohlídku bytu, dvakrát nám ji zrušil (jednou půl hodiny před, podruhé hodinu a půl před) z celkem pochopitelných důvodů. Manželka ho musela urgovat, neozval se, když slíbil. Po informaci, že schůzka opět neproběhne mu manželka řekla, že tedy o byt zájem nemáme, načěž pan Macháček zvýšil hlas na ni i na mě, choval se naprosto arogantně a neprofesionálně. Na můj dotaz, zda mi dá kontakt na jeho nadřízeného, abych to mohl dořešit s ním, byla odpověď, ať si nadřízenému zavoláme z okna. Bez komentáře :-) I do not recommend the real estate agency, or Mr. Mácháček. Within three weeks, he was unable to inspect the apartment, canceling it twice (once half an hour before, the second time an hour and a half ago) for quite understandable reasons. His wife had to urge him, he didn't answer when he promised. After being informed that the meeting would not take place again, his wife said that we were not interested in the apartment, after which Mr. Macháček raised his voice to her and me, he behaved completely arrogantly and unprofessionally. When I asked him if he would contact me with his superior so that I could work it out with him, the answer was that we should call the superior from the window. No comment :-)

O kupované nemovitosti nám podala naprosto mylné informace, až po koupi jsme zjistili, že dům rozhodně není v technickém stavu, v jakém nám byl předkládán. Po celou dobu jednání nám RK, resp. pan Macháček sliboval dodání technické dokumentace, až těsně u podpisu smlouvy prohlásil, že dokumentace neexistuje. Bohužel za kvalitu produktu odpovídá prodávající, takže nelze jak pana Macháčka přivést k zodpovědnosti za jeho poškozující jednání. Tedy alespoň touto zprávou nedoporučuji. I do not recommend the office. She gave us completely wrong information about the purchased property, and only after the purchase did we find out that the house was definitely not in the technical condition in which it was presented to us. Throughout the meeting, the Agency, resp. Mr. Macháček promised to deliver the technical documentation until he stated at the close of signing the contract that the documentation did not exist. Unfortunately, the seller is responsible for the quality of the product, so it is impossible to hold Mr. Macháček responsible for his harmful conduct. So at least I don't recommend this report.
