★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S MM reality jsem spolupracovala poprvé. Nikdy jsem moc v tyto lidi nevkládala důvěru, ale byla jsem mile překvapená jak s námi makléřka spolupracovala. Byla velmi ochotná a vše stihla v časovém předstihu.
I worked with MM reality for the first time. I never put much trust in these people, but I was pleasantly surprised at how the broker worked with us. She was very helpful and managed everything in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná zkušenost. Zprostředkování pronájmu bytu. Prohlídka v pohodě, pro vyplacení provize byl čas kdykoliv a pak to začalo. Komunikace velmi zpomalená návrh smlouvy po 8 dnech po žádosti o opravu další odpověď po 10 dnech a nenápadně další opravy. Paní makléřka nečetla občanský zákoník, základní vzor smlouvy z realitky (mimochodem velmi dobrý,ale hodně universální) upravila dle žádosti pronajímatele tak že byl v rozporu s OZ a když jsem upozornil že je to špatně tak je to prý dohoda jen mezi pronajímatelem a nájemce a ona do toho nemůže zasahovat a že si můžeme dohodnout co chceme. Nakonec po 28 dnech od převzetí provize se pod tlakem času podepsala smlouva která má ustanovení odporující OZ. Vrcholem je že RK si nechává kopii smlouvy byť není účastníkem smluvního vztahu a smlouvu nepodpisuje. P.S. Takové detaily že inzerát se nestáhne ani 25 dní po podepsaní blokační smlouvy a převzetí kauce nemá cenu řešit.

Finally, after 28 days from receipt of the commission, a contract with a provision contrary to the OZ was signed under the pressure of time. The highlight is that the RK has a copy of the contract even if it is not a party to the contractual relationship and does not sign the contract. P.S. Such details that the advertisement will not be withdrawn 25 days after the signing of the blocking agreement and the receipt of the deposit has no value to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ makléř nám byl při ruce. Prodávali jsme byt ve starším stylu po mé tetě, který jsem zdědila. Celá prodej byla velmi rychle zařízená, makléř sehnal kupce, udělal smlouvy a měla jsem to uplně bez starostí.
the broker was at hand. We were selling an old-style apartment to my aunt I had inherited. The whole sale was very quickly arranged, the broker got a buyer, made contracts and I had no worries about it.
