★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel odcházím...první, druhá návštěva super, ale dál katastrofa. Ta starší sestra je vážně neochotná a nepříjemná, jak ji vždy slyším mám chuť hned položit telefon. Řeknou že se ozvou kvůli receptu a nakonec nic. Problém se objednat, asi toho mají prostě moc a nezvládají to. Přitom mě by stačila konzultace s lékařem po telefonu (bydlím daleko), ale asi nemožné, dají neochotně jeden termín a buď si uděláte čas, nebo nazdar. Hrůza ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S ohledem na to, jak je personál vytížen stovkami telefonátů kvůli covidu a dalšími úkony to tam zvládají velmi dobře. Mají můj obdiv jako všichni zdravotníci. I když se chyby v objednání apod. občas stávají, lze to pochopit. Personál příjemný a ochotný.
 Considering how the staff is busy with hundreds of phone calls and other tasks, they manage it very well there. They have my admiration like all paramedics. Although errors in orders, etc. sometimes occur, it can be understood. Staff friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní neochota, neosobní zařízení, výmluva na "množství pacientů", praktický lékař Vás odbyde, nezná, můžete je urgovat 3 dny v kuse a volat několikrát za den. To, že potřebujete zavolat jen na pár minut a něco urgentně vyřídit je nezajímá, budou Vám opakovat pořád tu stejnou výmluvu, ačkoliv o Vás věděli už den předem, co potřebujete. Telefonní kontakt na doktora nedostanete, dovoláte se vždy jen na recepci ambulance, kde musíte stisknout číslo podle automatu. Měním obvodního lékaře, dnes to byla poslední kapka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are more or less fine, but lady on reception is horrible. In general they don't care. They care about how to sell you something and about your insurance number. Also you will spend millions of hours sitting and waiting, even if you booked :) Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there about a year ago, just to get a signature from the doctor to verify my health report which has already been translated. At first I was told it would cost 600czk if I do not have the health card but then it suddenly came up to 1000czk. I don't understand why is it so expensive for just a signature? Are they ripping foreigners off or is it really this expensive?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're not a Czech speaker, don't bother with this place. I was here on 31/1/2018 to get a referral. While the receptionist / nurses don't speak a word of English (some try), the doctors do - and that is okay. But when I met with the doctor she proceeded to speak Czech to me. After informing her that I can only converse in English, she (although nearly fluent in English) said that I must bring a Czech translator with me next time - this is not acceptable. Am I (a foreigner that is struggling to befriend the xenophobic Czechs) expected to find a Czech speaker and ask them to take leave from work to accompany me every time I visit this establishment? Unacceptable. I won't be returning here.
