★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupil jsem v M-SERVISu konopné zateplení a zaplatil plnou cenu jako zálohu. Vyskytly se velké problémy s externím zprostředkovatelem, který tuto zálohu kompletně inakasoval – byla dodána jen část, zprostředkovatel nekomunikoval vůbec nebo jen sliboval a lhal. Vzhledem ke covidu jsme mu – já i M-SERVIS, dali čas něco s tím udělat. Po půl roce lhaní na sebe podal insolvenci a přestal komunikovat úplně.
M-SERVIS mně okamžitě vrátil peníze za nedodané zboží – byli jsme tak domluveni, pokud k tomuto dojde.
M-SERVIS – vždy precizní komunikace, čestné jednání.
Zprostředkovatel – Ing. Stanislav Holub, BIOIZOL s.r.o. – pokud bude v budoucnu opět podnikat – vyhněte se mu!
I bought hemp insulation in M-SERVIS and paid the full price as a deposit. There were big problems with the external intermediary, who completely cashed this deposit - only a part was delivered, the intermediary did not communicate at all or just promised and lied. Due to the covidid, we - me and M-SERVIS, gave him time to do something about it. After half a year of lying to himself, he filed for insolvency and stopped communicating completely.
M-SERVIS immediately returned the money to me for undelivered goods - we were so agreed, if this happens.
M-SERVICE - always precise communication, fair dealing.
Mediator - Ing. Stanislav Holub, BIOIZOL s.r.o. - if he does business again in the future - avoid him!
