B	Boris Werkei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše v poho, komunikují. Odebírám služby a jsem spokojený zákazník. Nejlepší je na tom to, že jsem také poměrně dost ušetřil na telekomunikaci a proto doporučuji. Everything is communicating. I'm subscribing to services and I'm a satisfied customer. The best part is that I also spared quite a lot of telecommunications and therefore I recommend.
J	Jan kratochvíl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji!!!! nezasílání faktur, nekorektní jednání, když nám pak všechny faktury za 7 měsíců zaslali najednou, hrozili exekucí v případě že je neuhradíme všechny najednou. Dokonce jsem byl nucen jejich jednání řešit s Českým telekomunikačním úřadem. Jsem šťastný, že jsem od nich odešel. Kratochvíl I do not recommend !!!! not sending invoices, incorrect conduct, when all the invoices sent to us at the same time in 7 months, threatened to execute if we do not pay them all at once. I even had to deal with their negotiations with the Czech Telecommunication Office. I'm happy to leave them. Kratochvíl
M	Monika Havlikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespolehlivá firma, nekomunikují, nechodí včas, nic neřeší, faktury neposílají. S horším jednáním jsem se vážně nesetkala. Internet jsme odebírali 3 měsíce, z toho měsíc nefungoval. Po zrušení jsme vyžadovali fakturu za dva uplynulé měsíce (protože ten měsíc nehodlám proplácet, když nebyli ochotni s tím něco dělat) a rok po ukončení spolupráce stále nemáme fakturu! Když jsme je kvůli tomu navštěvovali osobně, pokaždé jsme odešli se stejnou odpovědí a to, že maximálně do týdne fakturu mít budeme. Stále to řeším a stále ji nemám. Doufám, že se nesetkám ještě s něčím takovým jako je vymáhání platby i za uplynulý rok! Nebo nějakými pokutami. Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI! Unreliable company, do not communicate, do not go on time, do nothing, do not send invoices. I did not really meet the worse dealings. We took the Internet for 3 months, it did not work out of the month. After canceling, we've requested an invoice for the past two months (because I'm not going to pay for that month when I was not willing to do anything about it) and we have not got an invoice for a year after we've done this! When we visited them personally, we always went with the same answer and that we had to get the invoice within a week. I still solve it and I still do not have it. I hope that I will not meet with anything such as the recovery of payment even in the past year! Or some fines. Definitely I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
E	Eva Slezáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekorektní jednání- chtěla jsem jejich tel. služby a výhodný tarif (smlouvu s operátorem jsem si na základě jejich informací ukončila, poskytla číslo pro převod) a nic se nestalo. Po dalších hovorech a mailech žádné vyjádření, jen odmítání hovorů. Sliby a výmluvy, popisování praktik ostatních operátorů, ale žádný výsledek. Na pobočce k nezastižení. Jen ztráta času a peněz. Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI! Incorrect negotiations - I wanted their telephone services and a favorable tariff (I concluded the contract with the operator based on their information, provided a transfer number) and nothing happened. After further calls and mails no statement, just reject calls. Promises and excuses, describing the practices of other operators, but no result. At the branch unreachable. Just a waste of time and money. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!
