Historia zamku jest bardzo ciekawa i warto przy każdym punkcie przeczytać czego się tyczy . A sam zamek jest bardzo ciekawy z uwagi na wkomponowanie go w rzeźbę terenu, w górę. Jest miejscami stromo i lekko niebezpiecznie także nie koniecznie dla najmłodszych i najstarszych. Generalnie polecam i i jeżeli jesteście np. w Szklarskiej Porębie to 40km do zamku jest punktem obowiązkowym. Przed zamkiem jest parking dla aut a z tamtąd podejście na 15 minut stromą leśna droga, ale na upartego jeżeli pojedziecie wg.google map podjedziecie autem pod sam zamek. Very nice place, sightseeing for 1-1.5 hours at the entrance, take a Polish booklet with description of hiking points. The history of the castle is very interesting and it is worth reading about each point. And the castle itself is very interesting due to its incorporation into the topography. It is steep and slightly dangerous places, also not necessarily for the youngest and oldest. In general, I recommend and if you are e.g. in Szklarska Poręba, 40 km to the castle is a must. There is a car park in front of the castle and from there a 15-minute climb up a steep forest road, but on a stubborn if you go according to Google Maps you will drive to the castle itself.

You can see it from a distance, from the railway station Malá Skála and it has a beautiful view of the village, the hills around the village, Jizera. The late medieval rock castle, which was the largest fortification of its kind in the Czech lands with a length of about four hundred metres, has to this day preserved only tiny remnants – covered by a romantic reconstruction from the beginning of the 19th century, thanks to which the place became a unique rock monument of various historical figures. For its beautiful views from steep cliffs as well as very rugged terrain (full of staircases, rock rooms, cellars, various gates, terraces, etc.), Vranov is a popular destination for tourists in the area of PPk Maloskalska.
