★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si zde skříň, jejíž kvalita odpovídá ceně. Byla dodána výrazně dřív, než bylo uvedeno. Komunikace s pracovníky společnosti byla na vysoké úrovni. Jedinou kaňkou byla skutečnost, že v balení chyběly 2 typy součástek, které mi pracovníci obratem a bez řečí poslali poštou, ale bohužel jsem si toho všimla odděleně, takže jsem musela čekat na 2 zásilky.
 I ordered a wardrobe here, the quality of which corresponds to the price. It was delivered significantly earlier than stated. Communication with the company's employees was at a high level. The only point was the fact that the package lacked 2 types of parts, which the workers sent me by post immediately and without words, but unfortunately I noticed it separately, so I had to wait for 2 shipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My meli asi zrovna stesti, mame jiz druhou obyvaci stenu z tohoto eshopu a u obou jsme byli spokojeni. Prvni stenu jsme kupovali do bytu jako komplet a bylo to opravdu velke baleni, dve skrinky, velka komoda a dlouhy tv stolek. Vse bylo naprosto v poradku. Druhou stenu jsme si ted do domku vybirali po kusech a doba dodani mela byt snad az 8 tydnu, ale do tydne mi volala pani a cca za 10dni od objednani bylo vse doma a opet v naprostem poradku ☺️ takze za nas spokojenost ?
Asi jsme meli opravdu stesti na dopravce i kusy ☺️
We were probably just lucky, we already have the second occupant wall from this eshop and we were satisfied with both of them. We bought the first wall in the apartment as a set and it was a really big package, two cabinets, a big chest of drawers and a long TV table. Everything was fine. We now chose the second wall for the house in pieces and the delivery time was supposed to be up to 8 weeks, but within a week the lady called me and in about 10 days from the order everything was at home and again in perfect order ☺️ so for our satisfaction ?
I guess we were really lucky on the carrier and the pieces ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuvěřitelná arogance a neochota. Jednání ve stylu "zákazník si za všechno může sám, co mě vůbec otravujete". Nepravdivost u informace ohledně doručení. Tento obchod rozhodně nestojí za návštěvu.
Incredible arrogance and reluctance. Acting in the style of "the customer can blame himself for everything that bothers me at all". Falseness in delivery information. This store is definitely not worth a visit.

A to jsme si museli dupnout a vyhrozovat, kdyz to musim takhle napsat popravde..Na firmu jsem volala neustale, jinak by ta skrin tady ted jeste asi ani nebyla..Firma nekomunikuje - museli jsme vzdy my..Vzdy rekli, ze se ozvou a neozvali..Pani na infolince nalada stridave oblacno..Kvalita materialu hold odpovida cene, ale budiz...Musite byt hrozne opatrny a sikovni jinak se pri spatnejsi manipulaci zacne odloupavat ,,barva” ze dreva...Zadní desky skrine jsou z papundeklu - to uz tak byva dves skoro vsude, ale u skrine, co ma skoro tri metry na tri metry, bych cekala teda neco pevnejsiho...Narocnost tak normalni na tak velkou skrin, zaplat pan buh...Polsky ridic co nebyl fizicky pomalu ani schopen vynest krabice z JEHO auta - musela jsem ja s pritelem+teda ridic..Skrin je na splatky, ale ze dalsi splatku dame MIMO splatkovy kalendar ridici,nam nikdo nerekl, to zavolali sotva par hodin pred dodanim k domu..TY DVE HVEZDY DAVAM ZA PROVEDENI, SKRIN SPLNILA MOJE OCEKAVANI - JE PROSTORNA, MODERNI A VELMI PRAKTICKA..A krásná cena..Levneji bych asi nesehnala..Nebala bych se obednat znovu, nabytek maji hezky, ale chce to opravdu dat si pozor a vsechno resit a hold si umet dupnout..Snad nam skrin vydrzi:)

You have to be very careful and skillful otherwise, with poor handling, peeling "paint" from wood ... The back plates of the cabinet are from papundeklu - it's already almost everywhere, but at the closet, which is almost three meters by three meters, I would expect something stronger ... Difficulty so normal for such a large closet, pay Mr. God ... Polish driver who was not physically slowly not even able to take the boxes out of HIS car - I had to be with a friend + driver. I HAVE TWO STARS FOR THE PERFORMANCE, THE CABINET MEETED MY EXPECTATIONS - IT IS SPACIOUS, MODE RNI AND VERY PRACTICAL..A beautiful price..I would probably not get cheaper..I would not have to order again, the furniture is nice, but he really wants to be careful and solve everything and be able to stamp the tribute..Maybe the cabinet will last :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží dodáno po 33dnech od objednání, termín doručení jsem si jako zákazník nemohl zvolit ale byl mi vybrán paní na infolince. Skříň byla v pořádku, až na posuvné dveře se zrcadlem. Ty byli v několika Místech prasklé až vystiple.. Řidič polské národnosti nás nenechal zboží zkontrolovat s tím že spěchá a tady to podepsat.. Když jsem reklamoval paní na infolince mi řekla ať si zboží Teda příště koupím někde jinde když nejsem spokojenej. Kvalita zboží odpovídá ceně... Já bych připlatíl a zboží koupil u jiného výrobce. Takže za mě nedoporučuji!!
Goods delivered after 33 days of ordering, delivery date I could not choose as a customer, but I was chosen lady on the infoline. The cabinet was fine except for the sliding door with the mirror. They were in several places cracked to vytriple .. The driver of the Polish nationality did not let us check the goods with that rushing and sign it here. The quality of the goods corresponds to the price ... I would pay extra and buy the goods from another manufacturer. So for me I do not recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy s tímto obchodem už nechci nic mít. Po 2 měsíčním čekání nám dodali špatné zboží. Řešení obchodu je založit reklamaci, na kterou mají 30 dní a pak počkat další 2 měsíce na dodání správného zboží.
I never want anything to do with this business again. After 2 months of waiting, they delivered the wrong goods to us. The solution of the store is to establish a complaint for which they have 30 days and then wait another 2 months for the delivery of the right goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečnej bordel, dodání do 12 týdnů a čekám 4 měsíce, po snaze se někam dovolat paní dělá, že neví, pak mi 3x příjde mail že už je to na cestě, že koncem měsíce, že už koncem přístího týdne a víte co z toho.. Nechci od nich už nikdy nic. Ten, kdo to vede by se měl zamyslet. Komunikace se zakazniky 0, 1-2 dny pred dodanim vam pry daji vedet? Kde to žijeme? Sami vubec netusi, kdy to prijde ani si to neumi zorganizovat tak, aby Vam dali s dodanim zbozi na vyber. Chtěla jsem dát šanci jinému podniku než je Ikea, velká chyba, ihned odstupuji od smlouvy a jdu si objednat skrin z ikei, tam budu cekat 14 dní a ne pul roku. Nic neplatte dopredu! Vymahat z nich pak penize az budeme na*rany ze cekate milion let by bylo asi dost problematicky, zvlast kdyz maji komunikaci na úrovni němýho nemluvněte. Katastrofa!!!

I never want anything from them again. He who leads this should think. Communication with customers 0, 1-2 days before delivery let you know? Where do we live? They have no idea when it will come or they can't organize it so that they will give you a choice with the delivered goods. I wanted to give a chance to another company than Ikea, a big mistake, I immediately withdraw from the contract and go to order a cabinet from ikei, I will wait there for 14 days and not half a year. Don't pay anything in advance! It will probably be quite problematic to extort money from them and we will be waiting for you to wait a million years, especially if they have communication at the level of the dumb baby. Catastrophe!!!
