S	Simona Lukešová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednala jsem si skříň, po čekání na doručení 2 týdny (což je jediné plus stránky) přijel dopravce Polák s kterým se nedalo komunikovat jelikož neuměl Česky, vyložil 6 krabic, převzal peníze a odjel, po rozbalení krabic : Chyběl manuál takže člověk musel použít dost kreativity aby přišel na to jak skříň sestavit. Zaslané kusy (bočnice a dolní lišty) k sobě absolutně nepasovali a bočnice přišla zničená. Po komunikaci se slečnou ze stránek "Nikdy se nám to nestalo" absolutně neochotná* Nakonec uznali reklamaci a že si do 50ti dní odvezou krabice, podívají se na to a potom až snad VRÁTÍ PENÍZE POKUD TO UZNAJÍ. Včera 16.10.2020 přijel v 19:50 (informoval že přijede od 18:00 do 20:00) Polský dopravce který jediné co uměl Česky bylo "Já ne" Jelikož bydlíme ve 4 patře tak snesení krabic trvalo 15minut, Pan dopravce si zakouřil a když jsme šli snést první krabici tak odjel beze slova, po hovoru kde je, začal (co jsme dokázali vyluštit) že prý nebude čekat a má další zákazníky* S eshopem jak dopravcem a celkovou komunikací a kvalitou jsme upřímně velice nespokojeni a obchod v žádném případě nedoporučujeme. J	Jan Grund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si zde komodu, následně jsem si zde přečetl recenze a docela jsem se zhrozil,ale není vždy vše tak jak se může zdát.Za mě velká spokojenost.Komunikace myslím že naprosto vpořádku.Termín dodání byl 5-8 týdnů.Dodáno přesně po 5 týdnech.Řidič usměvavý a ochotný.A nakonec super cena?. Poměr cena kvalita na 1.To že si zde kupující stěžují,že jim řidič nevynese nábytek? Objednávám přes internet docela často a různé zboží, všude je tato služba zpoplatněna a né zrovna malou částkou,pokud je to nadrozměrné zboží.Holt můžete objednat jinde, stejný nábytek prodávají i jiné firmy,našel jsem ho i v jiných eshopech,ale taky se podívejte na jejich ceny a rozhodně vám ho nikdo do bytu taky nosit nebude.Třeba jsem měl štěstí ?,ale rozhodně zde objednám i příště ?Moc recenze nepíši,ale v tomhle případě je to za mě fér se podělit o dobrou zkušenost a zároveň poděkovat.Přeji mnoho úspěchů v podnikání.... V den dodání telefon, že adresa neexistuje, přičemž jsme s paní na telefonu zjistili, že jsme špatně vyplnili v objednávce město, což uznávám jako naši chybu, avšak řekl bych, že se může stát každému. Následovala pouze arogance a neochota řešit daný problém. Ještě nikdy jsem nezažil horší jednání obchodníka - vypadalo to, jakoby měli oni platit za něco mně. Po pár dnech mi přišel email, že objednávka byla stornována a že pokud zboží chci, tak musím vytvořit novou s dodací lhůtou zase až 12 týdnů. Tohle považuji za totální výsměch. Normálně platím objednávky dopředu kartou, avšak při tak dlouhém dodání jsem si řekl, že objednávku dopředu platit nebudu, kdo ví jestli bych se nyní ještě s někým nemusel hádat o peníze. Velice chválím smluvního dopravce eshopu a především velice ochotného řidiče, s tím jsem se opravdu dlouho nesetkala. Ochotný a velmi vstřícný řidič, který ač nemusel, pomohl mi s objednaným nábytkem až k bytu, jelikož jsem na převzetí byla sama. Opravdu velmi doporučuji a moc děkuji za krásný kus nábytku. Velmi snadná montáž. Precizní zabalení, aby nedošlo k poškození zásilky. Skvělý eshop - mohu jen doporučit. I RECOMMEND! Řidič zboží nevyložil u domu, nechal zboží na zastávce, krabice byla poničená a slepená izolepou - zboží naštěstí v pořádku. Když platím za dopravu 390 Kč očekával bych, že kurýr zvládne dojet alespoň k domu, kde je normální příjezdová cesta.. no nic, už nikdy příště. Goods (Desk) of average quality. Následně za dva dny poslali další ať se do dvou hodin ozveme, nebo nám objednávku stornují. Byla jsme na dovolené, takže objednávku stornovali. Myslíš, že kdyby zboží měli skladem, určitě by to neudělali. I do not recommend this store. Zboží jsem převzala, krabice nebyla nijak poškozena, po otevření krabice, jsem zjistila, že obě desky jsou poškozené, pravděpodobně zabaleno již při výrobě. Ještě ten den, co mi balíček doručili jsem zadala přes stránky reklamaci a ještě raději jsem do firmy zavolala a zeptala se jaký bude následný postup, bylo mi sděleno, ze mi přivezou nové desky. Čekala jsem 30 dní, nikdo se mi neozval, tak jsem do firmy volala, bylo mi sděleno, že moji reklamaci nemohou dohledat, operátorka mi sdělila, že prověří s kolegou a ještě ten den se mi ozve, uplynul další týden a samozřejmě se mi nikdo neozval. Napsala jsem již dost rozhořčený e-mail, ze chci odstoupit od smlouvy a vrátit peníze. Po týdnu mi volala operátorka, ze si příští týden přijede řidič zboží vyzvednout, již je to 14 dní a peníze mi samozřejmě ještě nikdo nevrátil. Za mě určitě NEDOPORUČUJI!!! S paní po telefonu jsem to nafotil a přiložil jak měl dekor vypadat. Paní na mě byla drzá útočila proč jsem si to nezkontroloval a že se se mnou o tom nebude bavit. TOTO JE TEN NEJHORŠÍ ESHOP VE KKERÉ JSEM KDY NĚCO KOUPIL.....Arogance, povýšenost, nekomunikace a na závěr mi třískla telefonem, že se se mnou o tom nebude bavit, Pro ilustraci jsem ji poslal moto z objednávky a foto jak vypadá ořech, obrázky se shodují.,Jenže mi chtěli švestku.
