★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - mínus, možná jedna hvězdička, kupovali jsme zde Mana s požadavky s průměrnou výbavou a bylo nám prodáno auto absolutně bez výbavy, tzn. auto nemělo jedinou zásuvku, tudíž nebylo ani kam zapojit mýtnou krabičku, zrcatka bez výhřevu, bez el. naklápění, rádio které se nedávalo před 30 lety ani do Trabanta.
- minus, maybe one star, we bought Mana here with requirements with average equipment and we were sold a car absolutely without equipment, ie. the car did not have a single socket, so there was no place to connect the toll box, mirrors without heating, without el. tilting, a radio that was not given to Trabant 30 years ago.

Terribly reluctant lady on the line who is listed on the call (allegedly a temporary worker) and hangs up the phone. ? !! how does the client hang up the phone ?????

Od 2011 kupuji nové vozy od Man Čestlice a nyní po 11 letech nás pošle slušně někam…ředitel obchodu(respektive poslal nás ke konkurenci)
Respekt k zákazníkovi ===== 0
Incredible business behavior.
I have been buying new cars from Man Čestlice since 2011 and now, after 11 years, he will send us somewhere decently… the sales director (respectively he sent us to the competition)
