Jen škoda, že zaměstnanci poškozují renomé fa, rádi jsme tam chodili po včerejší návštěvě díky jsou i jiné krámky kde jsou mnohem ochptnější Reluctance, disgusting foreign language woman absolute disinterest. Just a pity that the employees are damaging the reputation of the fa, we liked to go there after yesterday's visit thanks to other shops where they are much keener
P	Petra Svobodová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na poslední chvíli jsme si byli vybrat oblek na sobotní svatbu (tzn. za čtyři dny). A musím tedy říct, že mi obsluha vytřela zrak. I přesto, že mají všude cedule s oznámením, že prodavačky díky koronavirové situaci neprovádí full servise, stejně za námi jedna přišla a tedy musím říct že to byla Paní prodavačka s velkým P. Poradila, pomohla, nechala nás vyzkoušet asi miliony obleků, prolezla s námi celou prodejnu, dala cenné rady o tom, jak vybrat padnoucí oblek atd. Vážně paní na svém místě (na jmenovce Alena - couch)! :) Jediná škoda je, že bohužel naší velikost neměli na prodejně, ale nelenila, ihned k počítači a volala na další prodejny v okolí. Nakonec jsme byli donuceni jet až na Černý Most, kde jsme pořídili asi po 2 minutách, protože jsme od paní Aleny hned věděli co a kde hledat. Moc děkujeme! Snad se tato zpráva dostane až Vám. :) At the last moment we chose a suit for a Saturday wedding (ie in four days). So I have to say that the staff wiped my eyes. Even though they have signs everywhere announcing that the saleswomen are not performing full service due to the coronavirus situation, one of them came anyway, so I must say that it was the saleswoman with a big P. She advised, helped, let us try about millions of suits, crawled with us the whole store, gave valuable advice on how to choose a fitting suit, etc. Seriously lady in her place (on the name tag Alena - couch)! :) The only pity is that unfortunately they did not have our size in the store, but did not laze, immediately to the computer and called other stores in the area. In the end, we were forced to go all the way to Černý Most, where we took about 2 minutes, because we immediately knew from Mrs. Alena what and where to look. Thank you very much! Hopefully this message will reach you. :)
J	Jana Maiksnar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mnoho atrakcí, kam nemohou menší děti. Nedosáhnou, i když fyzicky by už na atrakce mohly. Neustále jsem 3,5 letou dceru někam vysazovala. A také jsem pomáhala holčičce (8 leté), kterou sem rodiče dali na hlídání. Nikdo se jí v koutku nevěnoval. Many attractions where smaller children can not. They will not reach, even if they could physically reach the attractions. I was constantly dropping my 3.5 year old daughter somewhere. And I also helped a little girl (8 years old), which my parents put here for babysitting. No one cared for her in the corner.

The food section is really a disaster, it’s really small and has almost nothing to choose from. There’s no point to even go there, they lack majority of basic food products available in any other branch in Prague.
