★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyborny servis, pokazde kvalitne provedena prace. Pouziva selsky rozum a zkusenosti (coz neni v tehle dobe moc obvykle) a doporuci prakticky vzdy dobrou variantu reseni. Servisuju u nej tri auta uz pet let a vzdy naprosta spokojenost.
Excellent service, always well done work. He uses common sense and experience (which is not very common at this time) and practically always recommends a good solution. I have been servicing three cars for five years and always in complete satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná komunikace, týdny se neozyval a nebral telefon, musela jsem zajet abych vedela co a jak, tvrdil jak oprava bude kolem 10tis a po měsíci co jsem pro auto přišla Jsem zjistila ze opravil úplně vše ikdyz sme se na tom nedomluvili a cena byla skoro 3krat větší... to se prostě nedela, kde kdo ma na to zaplatit takovy ranec a dat celou výplatu do opravy auta.
Bad communication, he didn't answer for weeks and didn't pick up the phone, I had to go to know what and how, he claimed how the repair would be around 10 thousand and after a month after I came for the car I found out that he repaired everything even though we didn't agree and bigger ... it just doesn't happen, where does anyone have to pay such a backpack and put the whole paycheck into car repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do autosevisu jezdim už 8 let. Nejdřív Fabia, teď Octavia. Nikam jinam už nejezdim, protože jsem se tady setkal jednak s přátelskou komunikací, druhak s profesionalitou a za třetí přístup typu, najdeme co tam máte, řekneme cenu a dohodneme se co dál + ještě vybrat které součástky za jaké ceny na výměnu prostě jinde nikdo neudělá. Takže jsem se zde ještě nikdy nesetkal s tim, že přijdu a dozvim se šok že je to o 5 tisíc víc než se řeklo. Za mě TOP a doporučuji.
I have been going to the car dealership for 8 years. First Fabia, now Octavia. I'm not going anywhere else, because I met here with friendly communication, professionalism and a third approach, we'll find what you have there, say the price and agree on what to do next + still choose which parts for what prices to replace simply no one else will do . So I've never seen me come here before and find out the shock that it's 5,000 more than they said. TOP for me and I recommend.
