We would like to draw your attention to a review by Mr. Jan Jeřábek, who has never been to the Wood Floor Center and has never communicated with us. According to our findings, this is a fictitious person for whom our competitors are hiding.

Nice approach and helpful staff. However, a visit and consultation in the showroom must be arranged in advance, as stated on the website.

Konzultáciu vo vzorkovni sme si podľa pokynov na webových stránkach dohodli vopred, preto nás už v dohodnutý čas očakával príjemný personál. Obzvlášť oceňujeme technickú podporu týkajúce sa vzorov podláh. Dodaná podlaha spĺňala naše očakávania. Veľmi pekne ďakujeme a prajeme veľa spokojných zákazníkov.
I can only recommend this company! The pleasant and professional conduct that was offered and promised was also fulfilled. We arranged a consultation in the showroom in advance according to the instructions on the website, so the pleasant staff was already waiting for us at the agreed time. We especially appreciate the technical support for floor designs. The delivered floor met our expectations. Thank you very much and we wish a lot of satisfied customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning! We were told, very clearly, that our floor could be installed either in the floating (plovouci) way, or glued down. Since the floating option was much less expensive, we went ahead with the purchase. When the floors arrived, however, we learned that they could only be installed by glueing. As a result, we've had to pay an extra 25.000 czk. When I called the showroom for an explanation - an apology would have been enough - I received no reply. I would avoid this company like the plague.
