Instalace proběhla hladce. Zatím nelitujeme ani vyšší ceny za zakázku oproti konkurenci. Uvidíme jak dveře prověří čas. The door is nice. Excellent communication. Patience in tuning order details. Where possible, they also met non-standard requirements. The installation went smoothly. So far, we do not regret even higher prices for the order compared to the competition. We'll see how the door checks time.

I have a beautiful high door with beautiful brass handles. Mr. Holecek has a holy patience with female questions that he doesn't mind answering several times in a row: D!

I přes prvotní komplikace z naší strany kdy zhotovitel stavby nebyl schopen dodržet jak termín dokončení stavebních prací, tak požadovanou rozteč vstupních otvorů nám bylo ve všem ze strany společnosti MAND CZ s.r.o. vyhověno a nic nebyl problém. Umí si poradit a jsou pro-zákaznicky orientovaní. Bohužel i společnost MAND CZ s.r.o. narazila na komplikace kdy jim jejich subdodavatel dodal zárubně se špatně umístěnými otvory. V tomto bych chtěl poděkovat panu Holečkovi, který intenzivně řešil s dodavatelem, aby zakázka byla realizována pokud možno co nejdříve. Pan Posel se postaral o instalaci, která z důvodu výše uvedeném nebyla úplně jednoduchá. *** komunikace * ochota * úroveň poskytovaného servisu Jedna z mála věcí z naší rekonstrukce, která odpovídla poptávce, ceně a odvedené práci. Despite the initial complications on our part, when the construction contractor was not able to meet both the deadline for completion of construction work and the required pitch of entrance openings, we had everything from MAND CZ s.r.o. satisfied and nothing was a problem. They can handle and are pro-customer oriented. Unfortunately, the company MAND CZ s.r.o. encountered complications when their subcontractor supplied them with door frames with misplaced holes. In this I would like to thank Mr. Holeček, who worked intensively with the supplier so that the order could be implemented as soon as possible. Mr. Posel took care of the installation, which was not entirely simple due to the above. * communication * willingness *** level of service provided One of the few things from our reconstruction that met the demand, price and work done.

Byť k vypracování cenové nabídky nezbytně potřebovali znát mé telefonní číslo...nedostalo se mi odpovědi ani po emailu ani telefonicky. MAND mohu tedy doporučit všem, kteří dveře či podlahy vlastně nechtějí :-). From 5.11. I have no message ... Although they really needed to know my phone number to make a quote ... I didn't get an answer either by email or phone. So I can recommend MAND to everyone who doesn't really want doors or floors :-).
