★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V prodejně je velmi milý a vstřícný pán. O to větší zklamání následovalo. Hned po instalaci dveří jsme zjistili několik nedostatků, které jsem ihned reklamovala. Náprava mi byla sice obratem přislíbena, ale zůstalo pouze u slibu. Po víc jak dvouměsíční urgenci se mi ozval technik, který mě informoval, že námi vybraný výrobek požadovanou vlastnost nemá. U dodavatele jsem si ověřila, že tvrzení technika neodpovídá skutečnosti. Byla mi opět přislíbena náprava a opět následuje čekání..... Od zjištění vad uplynuli již tři měsíce. Společnost mand cz pravděpodobně čeká, že se smířím s tím, že instalace není dle mých představ.
There is a very nice and helpful gentleman in the store. All the more disappointment followed. Immediately after installing the door, we found out several shortcomings, which I immediately complained about. The correction was promised to me immediately, but it remained only a promise. After more than two months of urgency, I received a call from a technician who informed me that the product we had selected did not have the required properties. I checked with the supplier that the technician's statement did not correspond to reality. I was promised a remedy again and the wait again follows ..... It has been three months since the defects were discovered. The company mand cz probably expects me to accept that the installation is not according to my ideas.
